With the continuous development of volleyball in China,the current volleyball teaching has been greatly improved and popularized,but the overall development of volleyball footwork training teaching is still to be improved.More direction training belongs to functional training system of a body,with the development of modern sports,the direction of training more and more applied to various sports training,and the effect is relatively good,but for mobile training in volleyball teaching application is less,so in this paper,the multidirectional movement training in ordinary university volleyball teaching to explore and discuss the empirical research.This article multidirectional mobile training refers to the movement of the individual ability to complete a technical moves fast moving ability,individual mobility from multiple,different directions as the content of the training,move training by multidirectional,reach the role of improving the capacity of footwork,the volleyball technology combined with a multidirectional movement training,thus improving the footwork of the professional technical ability.This paper adopts the methods of documentary data,expert interview,video observation,experiment and mathematical statistics to analyze the empirical study of multi-direction movement training in volleyball teaching in ordinary universities.In this paper,32 college students of volleyball elective course in qufu normal university were randomly divided into experimental group(N = 16)and control group(N = 16)to conduct the experiment for 12 weeks.The test contents before and after the experiment are body shape measurement,basic volleyball technique test,multi-direction mobility test,Illinois agile running test,Nebraska running test,respectively.Through the data before and after the experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Experiments were conducted on students' multi-directional movement training,especially moving according to signals and instructions,which greatly developed the reaction ability of students' nervous system,thus improving the agility of students' nervous system to a certain extent.2.Multi-direction movement training has a rapid development in the pace of volleyball footstep movement,especially in the short distance footstep movement.Compared with before the experiment,the footstep movement development after theexperiment is more obvious.3.In volleyball teaching process,the ability to meet each other to the ball is a very important link,the only reasonable picked up the ball,can effectively organize and multidirectional movement training can effectively exercise the practitioners to catch rapid response ability,and ability to quickly gets to go catch from experimental data analysis results,multidirectional can greatly improve the volleyball catch rapid reaction and mobile training ability.4.The application of volleyball skills and tactics is a comprehensive reflection of the volleyball game.In the development of volleyball skills and tactics,the implementation of multi-movement training has greatly improved the skills and tactics ability of volleyball players,and greatly improved the overall technical application of volleyball players.
