| "A strong young man is a strong country".In recent years,the development of youth sports has been in full swing.With the rise of fitness for all to the national strategic level,some sports training institutions in society have also played an important role.Taekwondo is a skill-led combat antagonistic event,which combines speed,strength and skill.It can not only strengthen the body and develop sports quality,but also play a role of self-defense,and is easy to be accepted by the public.Sensitive quality is a complex comprehensive quality,which is closely related to speed,strength and special skills.In Taekwondo events,sensitive quality is reflected in fast start and stop,leg speed,leg speed,etc.Multi-direction movement training mainly develops people’s sensitivity,speed,braking,reaction and other qualities,and is mostly used in ball game training.This paper attempts to take the multi-direction movement training as the special sensitivity quality training of Taekwondo,hoping to improve the general sensitivity quality and special sensitivity quality of Taekwondo students through training.This paper compares and explores the impact of different training methods on the sensitivity of male taekwondo students aged 12 to 14 years old through the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.Taking 32 male taekwondo students randomly selected from the Taekwondo students in Jinan City as the experimental objects,the experimental objects are randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group carries out eight weeks of multi-directional movement training,The control group received eight weeks of traditional pace training,and analyzed and compared the results of the test indicators before and after the experiment.The results are as follows:(1)After eight weeks of multi-directional movement training,the performance of standing long jump was significantly improved(P.Among the results of special sensitive quality indicators of taekwondo,the results of knee lifting around 10 seconds,front leg cross kick and double kick in 10 seconds were significantly improved before and after the experiment(P<0.01).Among the general sensitive quality indicators,the results of T-type run and cross-quadrant jump were significantly improved before and after the experiment(P<0.01).(2)After eight weeks of traditional step training,the results of standing long jump in the experimental group were significantly improved(P.Among the results of special sensitive quality indicators of taekwondo,the results of knee lifting around 10 seconds,front leg cross kick and double kick in 10 seconds were significantly improved before and after the experiment(P<0.01).Among the general sensitive quality indicators,the results of T-type run and cross-quadrant jump were significantly improved before and after the experiment(P<0.01).(3)Through the comparison of test index scores between the experimental group and the control group,it is found that there is no difference in the improvement effect of standing long jump and sitting forward bending(P>0.05),which shows that the multidirectional movement training is similar to the traditional step training in improving the explosive force and flexibility of students,which also proves the effectiveness of our training method selection from the side.Among the results of taekwondo special sensitive quality indicators,there is a significant difference in the improvement effect of knee lifting around 10 seconds,front leg cross kick and double kick in 10 seconds(P<0.01),which shows that the multidirectional movement training is more effective than the traditional step training in improving the performance of taekwondo special sensitive quality test.Among the general sensitive quality indicators,there is a significant difference in the improvement effect of T-type running and cross-quadrant jumping before and after the experiment(P<0.01). |
