The modern volleyball sport presents the high intensity, the high confrontation, the technical tactics elaboration development tendency,"quick"has become each team to win the magic weapon. In order to adapt to the ever-changing environment on the volleyball court, the volleyball players must have good agility.Multi-direction movement training can effectively improve the agility, speed, ability to change direction and coordination ability of athletes in a variety of body posture conditions, and shorten the time for athletes to complete a certain movement. This paper will use multi-direction movement training to explore its effect on the agility of volleyball players.Based on the study of multi-direction movement training, this paper studies the volleyball players in baotou no.1 middle school through the methods of literature review, expert interview, experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. The purpose is to improve the speed and agility of the athletes,to improve the ability of acceleration, flexibility, body stability and coordination, and to grasp the space,so as to provide the baotou no.1 middle school volleyball team with scientific and reasonable methods of practice and training. The experimental test includes:half a meter "word" movement,36 meters movement,5 meters three way round run, cross change to run,Illinois agile run.According to the pre-test results, the volleyball players in baotou no.1 middle school were divided into the control group(14)and the experimental group(14).The experiment lasted for 30 minutes every day for 20 weeks. The following results were obtained by comparing the changes of various indicators of the tested athletes before and after the experiment:1.In the control group, the half-meter movement(P value 0.349),cross-track running(P value 0.724),Illinois agile running(P value 0.756),36m movement(P value 0.392),and 5-meter three-way round-trip running(P value 0.281)were all measured before and after, with the P value of>0.05 and no significant difference.2.Before and after the test group, the half-meter movement(P value of 0.000),cross-track running(P value of 0.002)and Illinois agile running(P value of 0.037)were all significantly different with P<0.05.Among them, the results of the half-meter mobile test have very significant differences. In the test of 36m movement(P value 0.535)and 5m three-way round trip(P value 0.449),the P values were all>0.05,with no significant difference.3.After the control group and the experimental group were tested, the half-meter movement(P value of 0.018),cross-track running(P value of 0.016),and Illinois agile running(P value of 0.023)were all significantly different with P<0.05.The 36-meter movement(P value 0.594)and the 5-meter three-way round trip(P value 0.412)showed no significant difference in both P values(>,0.05).Research conclusions:1.After 20 weeks of multi-directional movement training in the experimental group, the test results of the half-meter movement, the cross-direction running and the Illinois sensitive running test improved rapidly, and the progress was obvious. The 36-meter mobile and 5-meter three-way turnback test results improved slowly and the progress was slow.2.Multi-directional movement training can effectively improve the volleyball player's ability to change direction, sensitivity of movement pace, sensitivity of movement reaction, body control ability and ability to quickly switch between multi-directional movements; The test scores of high-level projects have significantly improved.3.The effect of multi-directional mobile training on improving the sensitivity of high school students' female volleyball players is better than that of conventional training, and the enthusiasm of the tested athletes is also better than conventional training. Some test indicators have a positive effect and can significantly improve the sensitivity in a short time.
