Multi-directional movement training belongs to a system of physical function training.Multi-directional mobile training is a training method that integrates acceleration, braking, step and direction changes in motion. This method can not only develop sports intelligence but also improve posture during exercise.Nowadays, foreign researches on multi-directional mobile training methods are relatively mature, but there are few researches in this field in China, especially few articles on classroom teaching and training in elementary and middle schools.Elementary school is the key period for developing sensitive qualities.Senior elementary school students(10-12 years old)are the last stage of elementary school learning.During this period, students develop rapidly in cognition, noting concentration and stability.Lower grade students have varying degrees of development. At the same time, after several years of collective life training,I have become more accustomed to organized and conscious class collective life.Students in this period have better training effects, and studies have confirmed that sensitive intervention experiments on 10-12 year-old students have significant effects. Therefore,in this study, students aged 10-12 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 20 people each. The research methods of literature data method, expert investigation method, mathematical statistics method, and experimental method were used to study the Huaian District of Huaian City.Forty students of Henggou Elementary School conducted sensitive quality training for 8 weeks using different methods. The effects of multi-directional mobile training and traditional mobile training methods on the sensitive qualities of10-12 year-old students were compared and analyzed. The reasons for the differences were obtained.conclusion and suggestion. In this paper, five test scores were selected as the evaluation indicators, including the Illinois sensitivity test, professional agility test,Nebraska test,30-meter reverse run,and six-ball catch test, and the indicators before and after the experiment were independent The sample T test and the paired sample T test yield the following results:(1)After 8 weeks of multi-directional mobile training, the experimental group has statistically significantly improved its five test indicators before the experiment:the average score of the Illinois sensitive test increased from 20.13 s to 19.56 s,an increase of 0.57 s;the average score of the professional agility test was increased from 9.55 s to 8.42 s,an increase of 1.13s;the average score of the Nebraska test was increased from 19.79 s to 18.98 s,an increase of 0.81s;the average score of the30-meter running change was 8.62 s increased to 7.7s,an increase of 0.92s;the average score of the hexagonal ball catch test increased from 3.75 s to 3.59 s,an increase of 0.16 s.(2)After 8 weeks of traditional mobile training, the control group compared its five test indicators before the experiment.Except for the Illinois sensitivity test, there was no significant improvement in the other four items. The other four items were statistically significantly improved: Illinois sensitivity The average score of the test increased from 20.43 s to 20.36 s,an increase of 0.07s;the average score of the professional agility test increased from 9.72 s to 8.77 s,an increase of 0.8s;the average score of the Nebraska test increased from 20.13 s to 19.42 s,an increase of 0.71s;the average performance of the 30-meter reverse running increased from 8.61 s to 8.15 s,an increase of 0.46s;the average score of the hexagonal ball catch test increased from3.65 s to 3.56 s,an increase of 0.09 s.(3)After 8 weeks of experiment, compare the experimental group with the control group. In the Illinois sensitivity test, the experimental group improved more significantly than the control group(P = 0.080).In the professional agility test, the experimental group Compared with the control group, the improvement was more obvious(P = 0.026).In the Nebraska test, the experimental group improved more significantly than the control group(P = 0.049).During the 30-meter running, the experimental group compared The control group improved more obviously(P =0.006),but there was no statistical difference in the index of the six-ball catch test(P= 0.0.823> 0.05),It shows that the two groups have the same lifting effect.Through analysis,it is concluded that the traditional mobile training improves the students' sensitive quality ability more obviously, but after comparison, the multi-directional mobile training improves the student's sensitive quality ability more obviously, especially in the process of running, the body's control and rapid Step movement and quick response are better than traditional mobile training. In the process of comparing multi-directional mobile training with traditional mobile training,it is found that although the performance of the hexagonal ball catching test is not significantly improved, from the perspective of the growth rate of results, the effect of multi-directional mobile training is better than traditional mobile training. Both multi-directional mobile training and traditional mobile training have a certain impact on the improvement of students' sensitive qualities and cannot be completely replaced by each other. It is suggested that the two methods can be combined appropriately in the future training and teaching to jointly improve the students' sensitive quality.
