As a special agency of cultivating students,the school is a special kind of social organizations.The difference between the school and other organizations is that the school has the loose structure and strong dissipative characters.Therefore,the stressed linearization of hierarchy management mode will bring so much problems to the school organizational change,specific performances: easy deviation form the basic purpose of the people-oriented concept;insufficient attention on the actual value petition about the school organizational change;short of continuance on different a stage of organizational changes;difficult to made the best use of limited educational resource in the processes of school organization change;lack of the internal motivation to participate in the reform of the change.The basic purpose of the school is to cultivate people,which make the school organization management has the obvious characters of fuzziness and uncertainty.Chaos theory,which was born on the causal relationship from the knowledgement of things is a theory tool that was used to explain the phenomenon of uncertainty and fuzziness in the social society.The analytic paradigm of chaos theory can correspond to the loose character of school organization.Analyse the uncertainty and fuzziness of school organization under the chaos theory can bring a new theory view in order to optimize the path and strategy about the school organizational change.Using the chaos theory to analyse the current dilemma of the school organizational change,the research has found that the line-ration of thinking mode of the school organization,the concrete implementation measures from the blind imitation re-manufacturing,the hierarchy mode of school organizational operation to support the implementation on school organizational change,the evaluation of the organizational change on the feedback and accountability mechanism of unidirectional closure school organizational change,the single sided understanding of humanity view about the function school member in the organizational change cause the dilemma that the school faced at present.We can make steps in such following aspects to optimize the new view under the chaos theory: the school depending the sensitive of the change of initial conditions about the school organizational change;to stress the dissipating structural characters about the school organization in order to explore and create the prototype of school organizational change;the appropriate introduction about the fuzziness management thinking to change the traditional mode of school organizational management;usage of attractive sub-role mechanism ti build the system of multi-role accounting about the school organizational change and the feedback system about the open-type school organizational change;to form the concept of holistic hypothesis in all the members of the school to encourage the multivate motive power of school organizational change.
