Children are are very important to a country and a nation.There are a large number of children with various kinds of difficulties in our country.From the existing studies,we find that children with difficulties often lack self-confidence in interpersonal communication and have weak interpersonal relationships.A considerable number of children with difficulties have different degrees of interpersonal communication barriers.Children with difficulties are also the objects of practice that social workers often face.Under this background,this study contacted some children in distress during their internship in L community of JS District,Z City.Through participatory observation,we can understand their interpersonal communication performance and status,collect their problems in interpersonal communication,further identify the needs of children in distress in interpersonal communication through semi-structured interviews,and analyze the causes of the communication barriers of the subjects.Because.Using group work method,from different perspectives,through improving the self-confidence of the subjects,overcoming bad emotions,strengthening interpersonal awareness and learning interpersonal skills,we can stimulate the initiative and initiative of interpersonal communication of children in difficulty and help them overcome interpersonal communication obstacles.At the same time,this paper uses social learning theory,social support theory and empowerment theory to design group activities,using group work methods to intervene in the study of interpersonal communication barriers of children in distress,to help children in distress to communicate and communicate,and to promote their interaction and integration.
