Education 2030 Action Framework" was released at the 38 th UNESCO Conference.Education gives everyone a fair opportunity.The mission of education is expanded to include inclusive,fair,quality education and lifelong learning for all.The conference also pointed out that the focus of education development in the next fifteen years is to improve the quality of education and promote equity in education.Students with learning difficulties are disadvantaged or marginalized groups in schools and class groups.In order to better achieve educational equity,solve the problems of the new curriculum reform,and enable everyone to receive inclusive and quality education,students need to solve the problem of learning difficulties To improve the learning effect and study the factors that affect pupils 'learning difficulties.Based on the expectation effect,label theory,and education pathology,this article uses a case study method and takes the primary school Chinese language discipline as an example to conduct a three-month follow-up study of six primary school students with learning difficulties in Chinese language,showing their specific difficulties in learning Chinese.Performance,analyze the specific reasons for the formation based on the performance of learning difficulties.This study focuses on the factors of teachers,and finds that the difficulties of primary school students 'language learning are affected by teachers as follows: In terms of teacher teaching methods,teachers have problems of lack of interest in classroom content,the traditional classroom form is too singular and ignore the differences in students' difficulties In terms of relations,there are problems that teachers have too high requirements for students with learning difficulties,teachers lack encouragement and praise for students with learning difficulties,and some teachers label students with learning difficulties.In terms of teacher professionalism,there are limited teachers' help for students with learning difficulties.Ignore the problems of mental health development of students with learning difficulties.Primary school Chinese teachers should improve the difficulties of primary school students in learning Chinese: improve teacher education methods and stimulate interest in learning;build a good teacher-student relationship and become good teachers and friends;enhance teacher professionalism and promote the common growth of teachers and students.After research and investigation,the difficulties of primary school students' Chinese language learning are affected by many factors of teachers.The author puts forward some suggestions to improve the difficulties of Chinese language learning from the perspective of teachers,hoping to provide a reference for teachers.The improvement of learning difficulties cannot be accomplished overnight.The author hopes that more and more scholars and experts will continue to study the language learning difficulties of elementary school students in the future,and hope that the more right people in the society will give them the most sincere care.Concerned about the disadvantaged group of students with learning difficulties.Only students who grow up with care and love can grow and develop healthy and happy,which is the common goal of the educators.
