Since the continuous decline in the physical health of adolescents in China in the past 30 years,the health and physical problems of young people have received great attention from all parties in the society,which has brought great pressure to the school physical education.As an important part of education,school physical education not only bears the basic functions of conventional teaching,such as the responsibility for improving the physical fitness of students and the cultivation of good exercise habits,but also undertakes the important task of training healthy socialist builders and successors for the country.The physical health of adolescents directly affects the future development of the country.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to and strengthen the school sports work in adolescence.School sports work includes sports skills learning and training,inter-curricular activities and second classroom activities,etc.During the school,the teaching emphasis of different sports teaching sectors is different,and the content of sports learning at different learning stages is also quite different.However,the high school stage is the period when students are under the most stress in the middle school life.Due to the pressure of college entrance examination,the teaching of physical education courses will be affected to varying degrees.It is difficult to meet the needs of high school students in physical education courses and physical exercise.Based on this,this study explores the promotion of high school physical education through the integration of extracurricular and extracurricular physical education time through the integration of extracurricular and extracurricular teaching reforms.Taking "integration of high school physical education inside and outside" as the teaching experiment mode,and taking aerobic exercise as the main teaching content,through the experimental intervention of the teaching mode of the experimental school,the mode and method of promoting high school students' physical education teaching are discussed.Based on the above research purposes,experimental intervention research was carried out using literature data method,teaching experiment method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method.The research content is divided intofive main parts.The first part is the introduction part,which puts forward the research background and purpose of this article,formulates the basic content of this study,and expounds the significance of the study;the second part is the literature review part,which combs the domestic and international research status and defines the core concepts of this study;Study the organization implementation process,formulate research questions,research objects and research methods,design research implementation steps and organization implementation control,design aerobic exercise in and out of the classroom integrated teaching plan;fourth,research results and analysis,mainly through before and after the experiment Collected and analyzed the physical health data of students to analyze the changes in physical fitness before and after the experiment,and make a comprehensive judgment on the teaching reform;Fifth,the research conclusions and recommendations,summarize the research results,put forward development suggestions and research shortages.Through the teaching reform experiment and statistical data analysis,it was found that:(1)the extracurricular and internal integrated teaching reform has obvious effects on enhancing the physical fitness of high school students,mainly reflected in the significant improvement of high school students' BMI,50 m running and sitting forward flexion;(2)The extra-curricular and integrated teaching reform has a significant effect on improving the physical function of high school students.It is shown that the increase in the student 's vital capacity in the experimental group is higher than that in the control group,and the experimental group has a larger increase;(3)Mainly reflected in the experimental group compared with the control group in the improvement of sports interest and sports self-cognition,learning anxiety decreased,learning interest increased.
