Football as early as in ancient China to cuju,modern football sports mainly originated from Britain and quickly spread to the whole of Europe,from all walks of life in China since the 20 th century have been the rapid development of sports undertakings is booming,as a concern with the largest population in the world of football,our country also accumulated a large number of soccer audience,people of football sports participation is higher and higher,Football sports participation is not limited to the youth,middle-aged,the elderly,young,a child can participate in,in order to better spread of football make better football in the campus,the students can football technology at the beginning of the study to lay a solid foundation,for the soccer movement development to lay a good undertake groups,so constantly explore the teaching mode of campus football course,To guide students to master football skills happily and quickly,expecting to play a positive role in the development of campus football.Therefore,this paper combines the "in-class and out-of-class integrated teaching mode" with junior high school football class,hoping to enable students to learn more football skills and knowledge in the teaching of football class,and also provides a new teaching mode for the reference of football class.Himself in the process of experiment for port zhuang 80 junior middle school students "integration" class inside and outside football course,in order to make the scientific and reasonable football and review the related internal and external integration of the relevant literature,and through questionnaires to test students’ sports study interest level football technical levels and physical health through the teaching experiment data test and statistical analysis,Finally,after a semester of teaching experiment,the following conclusions are drawn and suggestions:The teaching mode of junior high school football class has been improved and expanded by constructing an integrated teaching mode inside and outside the class in junior high school football class.After the experiment,the level of students’ interest in physical education learning increased significantly both within and between groups.There are significant differences in students’ physical quality and football skill level within and between groups.Suggestions: The implementation of the integrated teaching mode in and out of junior high school football class should be carried out according to the actual situation,especially the arrangement of students’ extra-curricular activities should be arranged according to the school’s existing field,equipment and other environmental factors to arrange students to conduct extra-curricular learning and exercise orderly.Junior high school football courses may appear the lack of teachers,teachers of different levels and other problems.It has a bad teaching effect on students’ teaching and practice.Therefore,it is hoped that the school can strengthen the level of teachers and introduce high-level teachers of football professional to carry out football course teaching,and provide a learning platform for teachers under the premise of the existing teachers.Extracurricular football activities should be interested in the content of football activities to mobilize the enthusiasm of students so that students can achieve the goal of teaching and interest in the process of learning football.
