The Influences Of Xiamen P.E. Senior High School Entrance Examination On Students' Physique And Physical Exercise And The Study Of Solutions

P.E. senior high school entrance examination, developed by the National Ministry of Education, is a way to improve students' health and advance the physical education of school. With "Health comes first" as its guiding principle, it aims to promote physical and mental development of students and develop their consciousness of lifelong sports. After including the P.E. marks into the total senior high school entrance examination marks, not only the education authorities but also the society and parents have paid great emphasis on P.E. At the same time, it has aroused students' enthusiasm and initiative to take part in physical exercises. This has brought the vitality to the development of physical education in school and provided P.E. teachers with more research subjects. For this purpose, I did some survey and research about the influence of P.E. senior high school entrance examination on Xiamen students' physique and physical exercise. In this research, methods of document research, interview, questionnaire, logical analysis, test, individual analysis and mathematical statistical methods were employed.As the research shows, after carrying out P.E. senior high school entrance examination in Xiamen, students'body functionary and athletic ability have obviously advanced. In order to improve students'physique, we need to do the following things: carry out P.E. lessons, physical exercises and class-break exercises regularly and effectively; provide students'with enough time to take part in physical exercises; strengthen the ties of different departments and make correct and effective policies about P.E. education in Grade 9; handle the relationship of cultural subjects and P.E.; guide and develop students' consciousness of exercising actively.
