In the current rural education,left behind primary school students are a special group,Improving the learning quality of this group is the focus of rural teachers' teaching work.At the same time,it is of great significance to improve the learning quality of left behind pupils.With the help of action research,this paper compares non left behind pupils in daily teaching activities,Through on-the-spot observation,literature review,investigation and interview,sorting out questionnaires and other methods,This paper makes an empirical study on the learning quality of the left behind pupils in Z Primary School of Puji town,To learn more about the types of guardianship of left behind pupils and their learning interests,habits,attitudes,motivations and achievements.The results show that the left behind pupils in Z primary school in Puji town are generally worse than the non left behind pupils;Secondly,the children's academic performance is relatively poor in the families where both parents work outside.The study also found that parents' migrant work has a potential negative impact on the development of learning quality of left behind pupils,A small number of left behind pupils lost their interest in learning after their parents went out to work,their study habits were lazy,and their academic achievements were lagging behind.The learning quality of left behind pupils in Z Primary School of Puji town is the result of the joint action of family factors,school factors,social factors,educational resources allocation and psychological problems of left behind pupils,Therefore,the learning quality problems of left behind pupils in Z Primary School of Puji town need to be solved from all-round and multi-perspective.First of all,it is suggested that in addition to meeting the material needs of children,guardians should implement incentive education,attach importance to psychological counseling,and strengthen learning guidance and work supervision;Secondly,teachers should carry out reasonable criticism education when left behind pupils make mistakes,teach them good learning methods and habits,schools should create a good learning environment,strengthen home school contact;community should give more love and attention to left behind pupils,and actively play the educational function of the community.
