The Application Of YPT Teaching Mode In Physics Teaching

With the rapid development of today's society,the traditional high school physics teaching mode has been unable to meet the needs of talents in the new era.The new round of education reform is in full swing.The cultivation of inquiry ability,the formation of rational concept,the cultivation of students' independent learning ability and the cultivation of students' scientific thinking have become the important core content of high school physics teaching.Therefore,in the process of high school physics teaching,the cultivation of students' inquiry ability is not only based on the needs of human individual survival and development,At the same time,it is also the social demand for talents.The research of this paper will start with the competition of the International Young physicist Championship(IYPT),understand and learn the rules and contents of the competition,introduce the competition form and evaluation method of the IYPT to the physics class of senior high school,and design the inquiry teaching model that permeates the concept of the IYPT Type YPT teaching mode,in order to gradually improve the quality of physics discipline in the process of students participating in the whole process of inquiry and team confrontation debate in physics class.This paper mainly defines the core literacy,the International Young physicist Championship(IYPT)and its related concepts,and summarizes the relationship between YPT teaching and the cultivation of students' core literacy in physics.Then the characteristics of physics are analyzed,and a questionnaire based on physics core literacy is designed.Finally,according to the situation reflected in the questionnaire,a detailed case of YPT teaching mode is developed.YPT teaching mode plays a positive role in cultivating students' physical discipline literacy.It not only enables students to acquire knowledge in the process of exploration,but also can learn to express,communicate and question through the exchange of competition,and feel the charm of team cooperation.There are also higher requirements for teachers.Teachers should improve their skills and literacy,and more tap the resources of "YPT teaching".
