The technical ability of the athletes who spend the ball cheerleading directly determines the level of their overall sports skills,which will also have a significant impact on their athletic performance.At present,due to the trend of international flower ball cheerleading,the development of flower ball cheerleading in China is also very rapid,and the research on flower ball cheerleading related hotspots has also appeared,which has directly promoted China’s flower ball The development of cheerleading.However,by sorting out the existing literature on flower ball cheerleading in China,it is found that the overall research on the technical capabilities of flower ball cheerleading is relatively small,the research perspective is relatively narrow,there is no systematic research,and there are still large research and Explore the space.Therefore,this article takes the construction of the technical ability system of the flower ball cheerleading as a research object,adopts various research methods such as the literature data method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,etc.,on the basis of adhering to the principle of gradual progress,similar merger,and competition,Try to build the technical ability system of flower ball cheerleading.The aim is to provide a theoretical reference for enhancing the competitive strength of the flower ball cheerleading,so as to promote the development of China’s flower ball cheerleading sports.details as follows:(1)In this study,the expert interview method finally determined that the skill level system of flower ball cheerleading was composed of 5 first-level indicators and 23 second-level indicators.(2)The factors influencing the technical ability of flower ball cheerleading were determined mainly through the literature method,including subjective factors and object factors.Among them,the main factors include the mechanical characteristics of the human body structure,the athlete’s perception ability,the number of movement skills stored,The development level of sports quality,athletes’ individualpsychological characteristics,etc.;the object factors mainly include the competition system of flower ball cheerleading sports,the overall technical environment of flower ball cheerleading sports,the equipment and facilities of flower ball cheerleading sports venues.(3)Through the study of mathematical statistics,the weights of the first-level indicators of flower ball cheerleading technical ability are: sports performance ability0.165,professional movement ability 0.317,orchestration ability 0.1665,team cooperation ability 0.3138,and external packaging ability 0.0378.The top 5 with higher weight of secondary indicators are performance form 0.0995,team movement completion accuracy 0.0903,athlete performance self-confidence and health 0.0842,time control 0.078,movement and music co-production 0.0768,athletes can be appropriate in the training process Biased.(4)Test the operation effect of the flower ball cheerleading technical ability system through the form of practice test.The results show that the flower ball cheerleading technology ability index system has a better effect and has greater practical value.
