Ideological and Political Theories teaching in All Courses is an important carrier of ideological and political education,is the inevitable requirement of moral cultivation.The Opinions on Promoting High-quality Development of Modern Vocational Education issued by The State Council in October 2021 promotes the integration and unification of ideological and political education and technical skill training at the level of vocational education,and makes whole-course,all-round and comprehensive education of all educators of various courses the common responsibility.At present,the country is short of skilled personnel and the structure is unbalanced.It is urgent for technical colleges to train a large number of high-quality skilled personnel with solid professional skills,excellent professional ethics and professional quality.Therefore,to find the gap between the supposed goal and the actual problem of ideological and political teaching in technical colleges is a powerful starting point to build technical colleges into the cradle of high-quality skilled talents in the new era with professional operation technology and good professional quality training function.This paper takes the national technical college teachers’ vocational competence Competition as the research perspective.Firstly,it uses the literature research method to sort out the relevant theories and researches,so as to obtain the theoretical basis of the research.Secondly,NVivo11 software was used to code and analyze the ideological and political teaching in the instructional design text,lecture video and teaching video of the 54 first prize winning works of the competition,and the index system of the teachers’ ideological and political teaching ability in the course of technical colleges was initially constructed.Subsequently,experts’ opinions were collected twice through Delphi method,and the index system was modified and improved to form an index system of curriculum ideological and political teaching ability of technical college teachers with 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 25 third-level indicators.Finally,based on the index system,a questionnaire was formed to investigate the ideological and political teaching of technical colleges for teachers of different professional positions,teaching years,professional titles and course types.The questionnaire data was used to measure the reliability and validity of the scale.Then,through descriptive statistical analysis and difference analysis,problems in ideological and political teaching of technical colleges were found and strategies were proposed.Through the research,it is concluded that the index system of curriculum ideological and political teaching ability of technical college teachers constructed in this study has good reliability and validity,reflecting high consistency and stability;the investigation of teachers in several technical colleges in Tianjin and Shandong shows that the current ideological and political teaching ability of teachers in technical colleges is low,and there are still some problems to be solved,which mainly include incomplete development of ideological and political teaching ability in curriculum,inadequate emphasis on ideological and political teaching in curriculum,inadequate combination with the World Skills Competition,and insufficient exploration of ideological and political content and resources in curriculum.Therefore,the following strategies are proposed: Teachers should cultivate ideological and political consciousness in the curriculum,attach importance to the role of ideological and political education in the curriculum,condense elements of ideological and political education in the actual teaching process,strengthen the ability of ideological and political education,form a joint force of ideological and political education in combination with teaching and competition resources,and help build an exchange platform for ideological and political teaching in the curriculum to promote resource co-construction and sharing.
