The Research And Development On Teaching Ability Evaluation System Of Higher Vocational And Technical Education Based On AHP

The evaluation of teaching ability is important for management in the higher vocational and technical college, and it is an important guarantee to improve the level of teaching too. In this paper research the problem in teaching evaluation system of higher vocational and technical education, analyze the connotation of teaching ability in the higher vocational college, introduced the modern theories and method of evaluation; Then, using qualitative analysis and consolation together, select the index of teaching evaluation system of higher vocational and technical education; using the analytic hierarchy process to count each index-weighing coefficient; build up a teaching evaluation system based on B/S in the computer. By counting a case, the consultation of the system is credibility.
