Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Grade Management In Middle Schools

Since the end of the 20 th century,China's population has gradually reached its peak.All primary and secondary schools across the country have expanded to run schools.In order to alleviate the pressure of school administration,for the high school which transports quality talents for our country's colleges and universities,it is necessary to reform the school management structure and mode to adapt to the new education environment,resulting in the grade group and grade group management mode.It is an important task of school management to build a good grade group management team led by grade directors.However,there are some problems in the development of grade group management mode,which hinder it from serving school education and teaching better.On the basis of references,the author designed "the research on the problems and Countermeasures of middle school credit grade management" by himself,investigated and interviewed the innovative grade of the first middle school of ynds in Shunyi,Beijing,to deeply understand the potential problems and relevant situations of grade group management.The survey results show that the majority of high school management in China has widely used grade group management mode,but with its further development,there are still problems in many aspects,Such as: the information transmission between the management is not smooth;the division of labor between the moral education department and the grade group is not clear and reasonable;the support for the grade director to carry out the management work is insufficient;the grade managers have too many part-time jobs and so on.The above problems are all restricted by the grade group management system,the quality of managers and the management concept.The author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: to break the old concept of flat management,improve the system to clarify the division of labor and cooperation between departments and grade groups,so as to promote the further improvement and development of grade group management mode.
