Research On The Path Of Independent College Education Internationalization Under The Background Of "One Belt One Road"

The internationalization of independent college education is the choice of its own development strategy,and it is also the national demand for the development of independent college for higher education.In the 1990 s,our country made a comprehensive arrangement to carry out the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,and under a brand-new historical background,higher education became the main position of internationalization of education,and independent college was the new force of higher education in our country.In 2010,the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Program(2010-2020)clearly proposed the improvement of the management and operation mechanism of independent colleges,and called for multi-level and wide-ranging educational exchanges and cooperation to enhance the international water supply for education in China Ping.In 2016,the Ministry of Education referred to the basic and leading role of education in the co-construction of "Belt and Road" in the "Belt and Road" in the "Action on Education ";put forward the principle of " government guidance,the main body of the people ";put forward the local priority to promote,schools at all levels advance in an orderly manner,and social forces follow the trend.In this context,the mission of internationalization of education is changing: from learning advanced countries or experience to achieve the development of colleges and universities,to enhance the influence,that is," college self-development " mode of " input " to " imported " experience,technology and so on after the transformation of " imported " experience,combined with local experience to achieve re-innovation,re-creation,etc.And to realize the further cooperation and deepening of education,for the "Belt and Road" destination country's development to help the "output" model.On the one hand,independent colleges meet the needs of popularization of higher education in our country.On the one hand,their development is faced with the difficulties and problems that need to be solved,such as lack of clear orientation of running schools,weak competition of students,lack of accurate orientation of talent training,monotonous teaching mode and weak employment competitiveness of students.The research on the internationalization of independent college education from the perspective of "Belt and Road" is still in its infancy and is independent in the context of "Belt and Road" The orientation,comparative advantage and path of the internationalization of college education need to be considered and studied.This paper first discusses the relationship between independent colleges and the internationalization of education,the "Belt and Road" initiative and the development of independent colleges.The internationalization of higher education is the way of "internal strong quality,external plastic image,enhance the competitiveness of schools ",its core purpose is to improve the quality of running schools.Similarly,as a strategic choice for the quality of education in independent colleges,the quality of education has certainly become the key to the development of independent colleges,and it is also the requirement for independent colleges to actively promote the co-construction of "Belt and Road" education action to fulfill their educational mission and their own development.Secondly,the focus of this paper is the empirical analysis of CK College as an example.The empirical research focuses on the Next two questions:1.What are the problems in the internationalization of independent college education? 2? What is the internationalization path of independent college education under the background of "Belt and Road " ? Finally,it is the key point of the article.Based on the theory of total quality management and comparative advantage,the author makes a detailed investigation and analysis on the internationalization of education in independent colleges by means of questionnaires and interviews.The internationalization of education in independent colleges adopts the total quality management method to carry on the whole process,the whole factor analysis then carries on the practice exploration of education internationalization more can be targeted.Independent college based on the theory of comparative advantage to develop the internationalization of education,adhering to the "two excellent" The principle of "the two inferiors choose their light" is to form the internationalization path through the differentiation of factor endowments.Based on this,in the empirical analysis of CK College,this paper discusses the comparative advantages of independent college in three aspects: quality manager,machine,material,law,ring and measurement of 5M1 E.Finally,based on the above empirical analysis,the paper discusses the way for independent colleges to promote the internationalization of education,including relying on the resources carrier of curriculum,teaching,scientific research and campus culture to cultivate the characteristics of running schools;focusing on "student growth,social development" as the center to find the orientation of running schools and implement the differentiated development;and making use of the advantages of educational reform and integration into international communication and cooperation to realize the path and strategy of leapfrog development to provide reasonable reference for the internationalization and method of independent college education.
