With the national and social attention to health issues,children's health has been paid more and more attention.As the basis and guarantee of children's physical and mental health,meal education has been gradually concerned by researchers in recent years.Meal activities are an important part of children's daily life.The implementation of meal education for children can not only help children develop good eating habits,but also cultivate children's ability of self-management and self-service.The big class children are in the stage of connecting the young and the young.Their life ability is an important guarantee for them to adapt to the social life and connect the primary school life smoothly.The meal education has an educational value that can not be ignored for the big class children.This study focuses on the analysis of the current situation of large class children's meal education in kindergartens and the main factors that affect the implementation of meal education by kindergarten teachers.On this basis,it explores targeted suggestions to improve the quality of meal education for large class children.In this study,observation and interview were used.From September 2019 to December 2019,we went to four kindergartens in a district of Qingdao to observe the dining activities of four large classes,and interviewed 14 teachers of four large classes.Through the collation and analysis of observation data and interview data,the basic framework of the paper is formed.Through the observation and summary of the characteristics and current problems of the large class meal education in kindergarten,through the analysis of the interview data of kindergarten teachers,the main factors that affect the implementation of meal education activities of kindergarten teachers are summarized.It is found that the current large class meal education in kindergartens mainly presents the following characteristics and problems: standardized organization and flow of meal activities;emphasis on creating a clean,sanitary and orderly dining environment to ensure good dining conditions for children;emphasis on the richness of the form and content of meal activities,but lack of the educational value of digging out various activities;training children's good eating habits Habitually,throughout the meal education activities;pay attention to the organizational efficiency of the meal activities,teachers' work affects the development of children's self-service ability;pay attention to the order of the meal activities,lack of care for children's meal emotions.The objective factors that affect teachers' implementation of meal education mainly include kindergarten system,parents' education concept and children's personality.The subjective factors include the deviation between teachers' education concept and behavior,and teachers' job burnout.In view of the influencing factors,this paper puts forward suggestions from the kindergarten and teachers: In kindergarten,suggestions are made from four aspects: process oriented to modularized and flexible dining activities,evaluation content of dining activities,paying attention to children's dining mood,and improving parents' cognition of dining education;in teacher's aspect,suggestions are made for teachers from three aspects: cultivating children's self-service ability,paying attention to Thanksgiving Education and doing a good job in emotional management.
