Froebel pointed out that early childhood is a very important stage for developing people,and he believed that preschool education is the beginning of real education.At the same time,early childhood is also the initial stage of physical growth and development.As one of the five areas of kindergarten,the health field is listed separately in the guide to learning and development of 3-6-year-old children,which shows the importance of health in early childhood development.However,small class children are in the stage of rapid physical and mental development.They need sufficient nutrition to promote their physical and mental development.Good eating habits can provide sufficient nutrition for children and promote their healthy growth.Therefore,it is important to cultivate children to form good eating habits.This research adopts the action research paradigm of qualitative research,taking 28 small class children as the research object,comprehensively using the observation method,interview method and questionnaire method,to deeply understand the eating habits of the research object and find out the existing problems.By cooperating with the teachers of the class,the researcher designed the action plan to intervene the problems in the eating habits of the subjects,help the children in the class to form good eating habits,and explore the effective strategies to promote the children in the small class to establish good eating habits.In the preparation stage of one month,the researcher used the children's eating behavior scale to pre test the eating behavior of the subjects;observed the external behaviors of eating habits of the subjects(hand washing before eating,sitting posture in the eating process,independent eating,taking and putting plates,etc.)in a non participatory way;and communicated with the class teachers in an unstructured interview way to understand the eating activities The value,the development of meal education activities,as well as the evaluation of the class teachers on their children's eating habits.At the end of the preparation stage,the researcher and the class teacher discuss to make an action plan to solve the problems existing in children's eating habits and promote children to form good eating habits.The action plan is divided into three stages,each stage lasts for one month.At the end of each stage,researchers and class teachers jointly evaluate the implementation effect of the action,analyze the existing problems and adjust the plan,so as to solve the problems in the next stage.In the first stage,the class teachers intervened in all aspects of life,in the second stage,four educational activities were added,in the third stage,game activities,parents' activities and individual guidance were added.After the implementation of the three-stage action plan,the researchers found that the children's eating behavior in the class has been significantly improved: in the water drinking process,the children can take the initiative to drink their own water cup,put the cup on the cup holder after drinking water;wash their hands actively before meals;in the dining processand snacks,the children can orderly line up to eat;in the process of eating,most of the children can maintain the correct sitting Posture,independent dining ability has been improved.Through this action research,the researchers found that: 1.The concept of teachers and parents on the cultivation of children's eating habits influences their cultivation methods;2.Children's eating habits are affected by the eating environment and food;3.The effect of the way of preaching on children's eating cultivation is not good;4.Various activities are conducive to promoting the cultivation of children's eating habits.The researchers put forward the following suggestions on how to promote small class children to form good eating habits: 1.Teachers and parents should cultivate children's eating habits with correct education concepts;2.Provide children with different eating education activities according to their physical and mental development characteristics;3.Create a quiet and relaxed eating environment.4.Guide parents to cultivate their eating habits.
