As an important branch of education and training industry,children's art training industry has achieved explosive growth with the increasing attention of the whole society to children's art education.A large number of social capital has poured into the field of children's art training,and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.However,a large number of small and medium-sized training enterprises are the main body in the industry.The phenomenon of homogenization is more serious,and there are no well-known enterprises with scale advantages and brand advantages.In this paper,W children's art training company as the research object,W company's organizational structure,main products,external competitive environment,internal operation management,market questionnaire and other aspects of a comprehensive combing,found that W company has a market positioning is not clear,product competitiveness is not strong,cost expenditure is large,poor marketing effect and so on.hinders the company's sustained and healthy development.In view of the above problems,the use of relevant marketing theory for comprehensive analysis,clear kindergarten to primary school children's art training as the target market of W company,through the implementation of optimized curriculum combination,cultivate quality courses,expand curriculum differentiation,enhance brand reputation of the product strategy,increase online community marketing,Deepen the channel strategy of offline resource integration,flexible pricing strategy oriented by consumer demand and a variety of promotion strategies,and enhance w company's product competitiveness and marketing promotion by optimizing the organizational structure,strengthening the construction of teachers,improving the marketing team,and improving the incentive mechanism.For the company to further develop and develop a practical marketing strategy.
