In recent years,the status of private education in society gradually recognized,private education has been rapid growth.According to the official data,the number of private schools and the number of students are also increasing.Therefore,among the numerous private schools,HX primary school is a typical private school.In the fourteen years of development,the teachers have gradually stabilized.With the regional management of the schools in the area,the corresponding teacher incentive mechanism has been established.In these mechanisms,there are many experiences that can be learned and used for reference by similar private schools,but there are also some areas that need to be improved.At present,the incentive system of teachers needs to be improved,the salary level of teachers is relatively low,the sense of belonging and security of teachers,and the overall turnover rate of teachers is still high.Against the background that private schools are still facing the risk of being banned,HX primary school must find a teacher incentive system suitable for its own school,so that it can stand out and benefit long-term development.Based on the long-term development trend of private schools,this paper started from the problem of low job satisfaction of HX primary school teachers,combined with the difficulties in collective management of private education system,many complaints from staff,difficult to implement data,poor decision-making ability,etc.On the basis of summarizing the previous teaching and research personnel,combining with the actual application of teacher incentive management in HX primary school,23 factors that may affect teacher incentive were collected through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,on-site interview and expert consultation.Through analysis,these factors are summarized into four levels of people's needs at different stages.In the face of different research objects,the research questionnaire and on-site interview questionnaire for teachers,staff and leaders of the corresponding school were prepared for distribution and recovery.Through 45 copies of valid questionnaire data analysis,identify the non-government HX elementary school unreasonable salary distribution,working environment and working conditions unsatisfactory,security system implementation does not reach the designated position,lack of perfect system,school leaders do not pay enough attention to teacher and not enough support to the development of teachers of six led to private HX fell less than effect factors of primary incentive system,and put forward for a long time from the open questions and on-site interview stability is an important factor.In this way,it puts forward the incentive optimization scheme of private HX primary school and the Suggestions of safeguard measures for the implementation of the optimization scheme.
