| With the "the Belt and Road" initiative,exchanges,dialogues and cooperation between China and foreign countries are increasing,bringing new opportunities and development for international students.More and more international students choose to complete their higher education in China.It has broadened the space for China’s political and economic development and provided talent support to countries along the "One Belt And One Road",thus further promoting the exchanges,cooperation and sharing between regions.I came to China from different countries to study and live,and the process of integrating into Chinese schools is not easy.Therefore,there are many problems in helping international students to study and live in Chinese colleges and universities,as well as to integrate into the local culture and live harmoniously with Chinese students.Under this background,the foreign students in Chinese schools into the problem,the existing research mainly focus on foreign students cross-cultural adaptation,heavy theory,light practice,this article is in the Beijing university students in China,for example,on the basis of the theory of ecological system from three aspects: micro,meso and macro to the learning of foreign students into,life and culture into the issues of social work intervention in research,and analysis of social work in the foreign students in the school into the status quo,problems and characteristics of problem solving.This study adopted questionnaire and semi-structured interview and investigation method of participatory observation,with the Beijing university students in China as the research object,based on the theory of ecological system,using the team work to study and analysis methods of social work practice,through analyzing the present situation,found that faces difficulties and problems,to explore social work involved in promoting foreign students into the path of the school.The study found that foreign students in China have difficulties in integrating into their study,life and culture.On the learning level,foreign students in China have a weak foundation and great academic pressure,so as to enhance their Chinese language ability.At the life level,we pay attention to the overseas students in the aspects of clothing,food,housing,transportation,hardware facilities and software facilities.At the cultural level,we should respect the cultures of different countries and faiths and seek common ground while shelving differences.On the basis of investigation,this study is mainly aimed at integrating into the international student group with difficulties to carry out group activities on the topics of promoting learning,interpersonal communication and cultural exchange.Preliminary summary of the main problems faced by foreign students in China and the experience of social workers involved.In the work of the international students group,the uniqueness of international students in China should be considered,cultural differences should be respected,and the integration of international students in China should be promoted. |
