| Under the guidance of the relevant policies of the party and the state,vocational education,especially secondary vocational education,has become an increasingly indispensable part of my country’s education system.With the increase in the number of students in vocational education,the management pressure on vocational colleges is also increasing.According to mainstream research viewpoints in the academic world,learning input is an important factor affecting students’ learning quality.In order to improve the learning quality of secondary vocational colleges,especially international business students,improve the management level of the school,and improve the teaching ability of teachers,by defining the meaning of learning input,the author revised the learning input questionnaire suitable for secondary vocational students majoring in international business,and conducted a quantitative and qualitative analysis of students’ learning input.Learning input is mainly divided into cognitive input,behavioral input,and emotion.Input,the main factors that affect learning input are divided into four dimensions: student learning interest,teacher teaching management,school management system and campus external environment.After descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the research data,the students are summarized The countermeasures for the improvement of learning input form this thesis.This paper is divided into six parts.The first is introduction,core concepts and theoretical foundations.This part analyzes and discusses relevant domestic and foreign documents through the literature analysis method,summarizes the concepts of secondary vocational education and learning investment;second is the international business major of secondary vocational colleges Investigating the current state of learning input.The author distributed online questionnaires with 157 students majoring in international business in three years of Quanzhou Overseas Chinese Vocational Technical College,conducted preliminary statistical analysis through the collected data;then used data processing the software has carried out descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the influencing factors of students’ learning and their input,and obtained corresponding conclusions.Through the analysis of the conclusions,the countermeasures to improve students’ learning input are given;finally,the research conclusions are drawn.This paper has shortcomings in research methods,survey sampling and data processing.According to the survey results,the author puts forward countermeasures to improve the learning investment of international business students in secondary vocational colleges from the school management level: in terms of student management,the school should organize career planning education and provide mental health counseling to secondary vocational students;In terms of management,the school should pay attention to the teaching design of teachers and stimulate students’ interest in learning;in terms of style management,the school should optimize the learning management system to ensure the quality of learning from start to finish;in terms of campus management,the school should build a good campus environment.Regular learning activities are held. |
