With the development of economic globalization,foreign trade has become the main force for social and economic promotion.Therefore,the standard for the cultivation of “professional + skill” talents in the international business profession has been further enhanced.Competency-based education combines professional education and skills education,focusing on the development of professional and professional talents.The "capability" in the competency standard highlights the attributes of today's secondary vocational education,that is,the ability to cultivate ability;and the "standard" is to strengthen the process of capacity training,to update and optimize the talent training model,and to form "professional + ability" Training mode.This paper firstly discusses the problems existing in the current stage of vocational education personnel training mode in the perspective of competence-based,and takes the international business profession as an example,based on the training objectives of China's secondary vocational international business professionals,in order to explore the adaptation to social and economic development.The talent training model that satisfies the needs of social development fundamentally improves the quality of cultivation and employment rate of Chinese business students in secondary vocational schools.Secondly,three international professional teachers and students from local secondary vocational colleges in Dalian were selected as research samples,572 questionnaires were distributed and interviews were conducted to analyze the curriculum model,education quality and teaching content of international business majors,according to the survey results.The problem is to study the status quo of international business professionals,such as training objectives,curriculum,teaching methods,and teaching staff,and carry out innovative design of the competency-based teaching model.Thirdly,in order to prove the feasibility of the "professional + ability" training mode in the international business profession,the international business major was selected to carry out the innovative design of the international business curriculum.Finally,based on the results of the survey,interpret the problems in the operation process and analyze the feedback of the students after class,and put forward some innovative suggestions for the ability-based talent training model of the international business majors in the international business.The contribution of this research lies in exploring innovative solutions for talent training models in secondary vocational schools.Through the analysis of teaching cases and questionnaire data,the problems existing in the talent training mode at the current stage are explored.Based on the analysis of the problem,the talent training mode of the competency-based level of the secondary vocational colleges is explored,in order to meet the talent demand of the enterprise and solve the problem.The purpose of the problem of employment difficulties for secondary vocational students.
