The preschool period is a sensitive period for children to form taste sensations,and it is also a critical period for the development of eating habits.Studies show that most children aged 3-6have bad eating habits such as picky eaters,partial eclipses,and multiple eating.These bad eating habits in young children are basically formed after the age of seven,and it is difficult to change.It can be seen that dietary education is very necessary for young children.Therefore,the author will conduct practical research on the construction of food education courses in kindergartens.This study takes action research as the main line of research,supplemented by interview,questionnaire and observation to carry out the construction of food education curriculum in H kindergarten.First of all,make preparations for action research,using interview methods,questionnaire survey methods,and observation methods to investigate the development of H kindergartens and existing food education activities,and the action plan of food education curriculum construction is designed according to the investigation.In the next place,based on the action plan,the research group carried out teaching and research activities and carried out the design and implementation of three rounds of specific action research plans.each of which follows the steps of plan-implementation-investigation-reflection.After the implementation of the activity plan,the specific action plan of each round of action research was investigated and reflected through the teaching and research activities.After three rounds of action research,the food education curriculum has been basically formed.The goals of the food education curriculum are divided to the three-dimensional goals of the three age stages of small classes,middle classes and large classes from the three dimensions of food education-eating behavior,food education-food science,food education-food culture.Constructed from the dimensions of dietary behavior,food science,and food culture.The main implementation forms of food education courses are class themed activities,special group activities,and life activities.The evaluation of food education courses mainly includes threeaspects: child development,teacher development,and curriculum implementation.The food education curriculum plan is practical and feasible in H kindergarten,and the food education course is initially established.At the same time,in view of this study,the author puts forward suggestions for food education to the leaders,teachers and parents of the kindergarten.
