| The safety of food is always first,Food safety is related to the foundation of people’s livelihood and has always been valued by people.Children in the initial stage of growth and development,the body resistance is relatively weak,their sense of self-protection is not strong,and they need healthy and safe food supplies.Food safety in kindergartens not only affects the growth and development of children,but also affects family harmony and social stability.Therefore,it is particularly important to build a safety net for children’s food safety and strengthen food safety supervision.With the advent of the second-child era,the number of school-age children entering kindergartens continues to increase.In the case of a serious shortage of public kindergartens,various private kindergartens have emerged as needed.Many private organizations have problems such as incomplete licenses and substandard environments.Increased the difficulty and challenge of supervision.In order to effectively solve the above problems,local governments have issued a number of regulatory measures and implementation rules,and the regulatory agencies have invested a lot of manpower and material resources.However,campus food safety accidents still occur from time to time.Under such a background that this paper takes Nanling County Kindergarten of Wuhu City as the research sample,Investigate and understand the current situation of food safety supervision in kindergartens of Nanling County,Compare the data indicators of public kindergartens,private kindergartens and childcare centers in three types of childcare institutions in terms of canteen qualifications,environmental sanitation,software and hardware facilities,food procurement,food processing,management of employees,analyze the current deficiencies of food safety supervision in kindergartens through data,The problems are manifested in several aspects such as insufficient government supervision,inadequate internal control of kindergartens,and insufficient participation of parents and social forces.The reasons not only incomplete government management system,lack of resource protection,lack of safety awareness and responsibility of kindergarten managers,but also insufficient attention from parents,lack of time and energy to participate in supervision,as well as more information about social interference and fewer people involved,etc.In order to effectively improve the food safety management level and supervision efficiency of kindergartens,this article uses new public service theory,holistic governance theory on the basis of consulting related literature and research.In response to the existing problems and deficiencies,several countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The first is to strengthen government supervision,including the improvement.of supporting rules,the establishment of a departmental linkage mechanism,and the strengthening of smart supervision and law enforcement capacity;the second is to strengthen the supervision of kindergartens,including the implementation of the main responsibility of kindergartens,strengthening food safety education,and improving intelligent monitoring;third is to encourage parents Participate in supervision with the public,Including raising parents’ safety awareness and playing the role of parent committee,as well as expanding social supervision channels and exploring the establishment of independent and centralized catering models,etc. |
