With the deepening of the study on School-based Curriculum, the concept ofKindergarten-based Curriculum has captured more and more attention of the scholars.The gaining of the importance on the study of Kindergarten Based Curriculum hastransformed it as the focus of researches and reform practice. Together with the gulfbetween cities and countryside, the improving of the quality of rural kindergarten and theurgent needs of kindergarten-based curriculum construction, which makes it an urgentproblem after the rural kindergarten science, health education to be solved.This research selects the rural kindergarten of Yanan in Shaanxi province as theresearch object, through field investigation, using the observation method, questionnairemethod and interview method to make brief comb on the rural area kindergartendevelopment status of Yanan and the problems of kindergarten-based curriculumconstruction: County development is not balanced, the gap between urban and rural areasis too large, public、private garden with great disparity; rural kindergartens are notstandardized, hardware facilities are lacking, poor quality of environment; theunderstanding on kindergarten-based curriculum construction is not clear, the lack ofparticipation; the problems of curriculum design and implementation; thekindergarten-based curriculum construction channel closure, lack of communicationbetween home and kindergarten and so on.In view of the above problems, the author takes systematically attribution analysis,found the factors affecting of rural kindergarten-based curriculum construction of Yanangenerally can be summarized as the following four aspects: The external restrictingfactors, including the shortage of rural preschool education funds, the lack of effective management of early childhood education in rural areas for the government and theeducation department, lack of suitable teaching materials and so on; Teachers’ factors,including the professional quality of teachers, the treatment of teachers, working pressureand training and learning and so on; The management factors in kindergarten, includingthe mechanism of competition, course management system and curriculum leadership;Other external factors, including the factors of parents and education policies、laws andregulations to implement.Finally, under the guidance of related theory, the author attempts to put forwardsuitable for rural kindergarten-based curriculum construction strategies and suggests:grasping the basic requirements of kindergarten-based curriculum construction;improving the management system of kindergarten-based curriculum construction;constructing kindergarten-based curriculum construction community; optimizing ofkindergarten-based curriculum construction programs.
