At present,the incentive strategy has been widely used in enterprise management as a new method of employee management,and this new management strategy is worth being used in class management.The incentive strategy can not only stimulate students’ individual potential,promote students’ enthusiasm in learning,and improve the efficiency of class management to a certain extent,but also make up for the shortcomings of traditional class management,such as restricting students’ thinking and weakening students’ independent consciousness.Therefore,a teacher in charge of a class can learn from the management models of enterprises and reasonably use incentive strategies,which can not only promote the modernization and scientific development of class management,but also stimulate each student’s internal motivation and potential ability,thus forming a united and positive class.It is an innovative attempt for the teacher in charge of a class to manage the class by using the incentive strategy.The author systematically searched CNKI Global Academic Express and found that there are few research results with “class incentive” and “incentive class management” as the search terms.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the important value of incentives in class management,so that more scholars can devote themselves to the research on class management with incentives as the core.This paper systematically collects the relevant information about the use of the incentive strategy in class management,learns the application of the incentive strategy in class management as far as possible,and carries out research based on this.In view that the project is about the investigation and research on the incentive strategy in class management of low grades in elementary schools,this paper first uses the questionnaire survey method to initially perceive the cognition,application and effects of the incentive strategy of junior class teachers.By interviewing teachers in charge of classes,this paper further understands the junior class teachers’ attitudes towards the incentive strategy,application status and incentive effects.Then,by using the case analysis method,the junior class teachers are followed up and observed when using the incentive strategy to management students and the changes in the students’ behavior during this period are recorded to clarify the application methods of the incentive strategy and the incentive effects produced.Finally,the paper summarizes theproblems and causes of the junior class teachers’ cognition,application and effect of the incentive strategy through the questionnaire,interview and case analysis,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions to improve and promote the application of the incentive strategy in junior class management combined with the research results and related incentive theories,in order to promote the development of the students,make students have positive life and learning motivation,improve the teacher in charge of class management efficiency,to let the students in class positive experiences and feelings in life inspire an inexhaustible power.
