A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Fine Management Of Junior Grade Class In Primary School

Class management is an important educational link that directly affects students.Every class is the main component of school education.Class management is also the focus of school work.In recent years,in the field of education,the majority of educators in the summary of their own experience on the basis of a refined class management concept,and in practice.In primary education,especially for the lower grades of primary school,the class managers who pay attention to the details and habits of education also highly recommend the implementation of class meticulous management.However,we can also see that there are still many misunderstandings in the practice of junior class management.Educators should take appropriate measures in order to inject "New energy" into fine class management and better serve for primary school class management.Guided by the fine management and related educational theories,this paper uses the methods of literature review,interview,Experience Summary,questionnaire survey,observation and other educational methods.On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the theory of fine class management,including the connotation,purpose,characteristics and advantages of fine class management,and by investigating the current situation of the junior class management in Y school,and the survey data as well as to the class manager's interview content carries on the reorganization and the analysis.After a preliminary investigation and analysis,in view of the current Y School of the primary class management problems,mining the reasons and further analysis.At the same time,as a front-line educator,I observed and wrote down my practical experience in the process of implementing refined class management,such as class objective,class management content,class refined evaluation mechanism,etc..Write down the fine class management experience and thinking,summed up the fine management for the class management of important advantages.Finally,the implementation of class fine management should pay attention to the issues,class fine management must be in line with the actual situation;Can not rely on the class fine management to solve all problems.The author hopes to improve the level of teachers'class management and realize the goal of students' all-round development.
