| With the development of society,quality education puts forward stricter demands on pupils’ comprehensive development,especially on their self-reliance development.Class selfmanagement is already one of the future trends in class management.And the importance of class self-management is so apparently.For the pupils,class self-management helps them to train their self-management ability as well as to promote comprehensive development.For the teachers,class self-management enables pupils to fully participate in the self-reliance management in class,which helps them improve the working efficiency on the class management.For the whole class,class self-management can improve the management efficiency of the class self-reliance and enhance the cohesion of the class.The thesis has five sections.The first section is exordium.In this section,the purpose of this research is introduced first of all.Then the meaning of the research is elaborated from both theoretical and practical aspects.Next the core concepts are defined in these following ways,such as class management,self-management,class self-management and class selfmanagement from Grade Three to Grade Six in primary school.After that,both domestic and foreign literature review are conducted,and the current research and the future developing trend are also investigated.At last,the research methods being conducted in this research are introduced as follows,the action research method,questionnaire survey,interviewing method,case analysis method,literature research and observation research.The second section is about the present situation and problems of the research.It defines the research tools first.Then,based on the results of the questionnaire,The Class Self-management from Grade Three to Grade Six in primary school,analysis is carried out in the following five dimensions,management body,institutional improvement,management content,management evaluation and management effect.The third section is about the implementation of action research.The first round of action research is carried out according to the survey result of the questionnaire.Then the second round of action research is planned and implemented after the observation and reflection on the results of the first round research.And later the results from the second round research is observed and reflected again.The fourth section is about the data collections on the two conducted action research.Analysis and comparison is carried out on three dimensions,survey results before and after the questionnaire,the number of pupils participating in class management and the pupils’ test scores before and after the action research.The fifth section comes to the research’s conclusion and reflection.And the countering strategies are put forward.The class self-management body from Grade Three to Grade Six in primary school should be increased;The class self-management mechanism from Grade Three to Grade Six in primary school should be improved;The class selfmanagement content from Grade Three to Grade Six in primary school should be enriched;And the class self-management evaluation system from Grade Three to Grade Six in primary school should be optimized.These strategies will therefore effectively improve the overall class self-management in the senior grades of primary school. |
