"Guidance Outline Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial)" pointed out: The fundamental purpose of evaluation and examination reform of primary and secondary schools is to promote the development of students better, change the situation that people emphasis too much on the screening evaluation and selection function, ignore the function of improvement and incentive, and underline that student evaluation reform's outstanding features is the function of development. Students are in a constantly evolving process and the meaning of education is to guide and promote the students' development and improvement. Development of students need goals, need the guide, need incentives. But in the actual teaching of information technology, teachers' evaluation on students are still stuck in the selection of students.As a result of lack of Incentive evaluation,teachers can't make a comprehensive evaluation or promote students' development.Under the guidance of multiple intelligences theory, Maslow's hierarchy of need and development teaching evaluation theory, combining the characteristics of pupils, according to the information technology curriculum's objectives and requirements and primary information technology's course content features, in this study, I make a set of incentive evaluation strategies with elementary information technology classroom, including: 1.the strategy of respecting individual differences of students and assessing according to student's ability; 2.the strategy of using the gauge to evaluate; 3. the strategy of evaluating students timely and appropriately; 4.the strategy of making incentive evaluation both by parole and writing; 5the strategy of making a intuitive evaluation by visible behavior; 6. the strategy of making a intuitive evaluation by using of various forms.Methods used in this study are literature research, educational experiment, questionnaire, case study method,and I apply incentive assessment strategies in teaching, and verify the effectiveness of incentive evaluate strategies in primary IT Classroom Application. Before starting educational experiment, I prepared the questionnaire of learning attitude for primary IT.During the educational experiment, I made the preparation of IT teaching measurement tools.The former divided into test and pretest questionnaires for former pupils' IT learning attitude, while IT measurement tools are the final papers which consist of two parts, works and academic achievement. The experiment is performed in a primary focus of the sixth grade,in Jinan, Shandong Province, selecting two parallel classes as subjects, chosen as a control group of sixth-grade class, second class as the experimental class in sixth grade.Students in the experimental class adopt pretest and the strategy of incentive policy for teaching, while control classes use conventional teaching evaluation strategy.After the experimental, two classes conducted academic testing and the experimental class also conducted attitude post-test to obtain academic performance, as well as the experimental class of post-test questionnaire data,.Then I analysis and compare statistics in order to verify the effectiveness of incentive evaluation strategies in primary school IT classroom teaching.Statistical analysis of experimental data shows that incentive evaluation strategies make students' learning attitude better, improve students' academic achievement and work, stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning information technology and improve students' initiative.
