| The United States is a developed country in education,and has its own unique features in terms of examination evaluation and system.The AP course is a prerequisite course for American universities.It is an influential middle school and university course in the world.AP courses have more than 30 subject areas for students to choose from,and the difficulty of course content is similar to that of American university courses.Through this course,students can acquire the knowledge,skills,etc.needed at the university.By choosing AP courses,students can not only gain access to university courses in advance,but also obtain university credits,thereby shortening university hours and reducing education costs.This study combed the development of AP Physics Examination,the examination mechanism,the content of the test papers,and the requirements for examination ability.The AP Physics 1,2 and AP Physics C examinations were used as the research objects.The students’ ability requirements,test paper structure,and content were examined from the AP Physics Examination.From the perspectives of proportion,etc.,analysis and comparison were carried out.The analysis shows that the AP physics test pays more attention to the cultivation of students’ ability,and the scientific inquiry ability is the core of the AP physics test.Among them,the modeling ability and reasoning ability account for a large proportion.At the same time,the AP Physics Exam focuses on the use of knowledge and the cultivation of students’ problem-solving abilities.From the perspective of the difficulty and scope of the examination,AP Physics1 and 2 have a wide range of examinations,and the difficulty is low;AP Physics C has a small scope of investigation,but the difficulty is relatively large.Since the restoration of the college entrance examination,many large-scale reforms have been carried out.These reforms have played a very important role in training and talent selection.However,China’s college entrance examination still has shortcomings,mainly due to the following points: First,the college entrance examination cannot simultaneously meet the different needs of different students on the content and difficulty of the curriculum;second,the physical education in many areas of China places too much emphasis on calculation and neglects students Cultivation of scientific practical ability.In response to these shortcomings,the following suggestions are proposed: First,based on the free combination of disciplines,increase the choice within the discipline;second,appropriately reduce the proportion of complex calculations and guide students to understand physical concepts And laws,as well as the application of these concepts and laws in real life,so as to increase students’ emphasis on scientific inquiry and help students establish a correct view of science. |
