In recent years,the problem of interpersonal adaptation of college students has been widely concerned by all sectors of society.The research object also includes the special group of ethnic minority students.Previous studies have shown that because ethnic college students are mostly from ethnic areas,different cultural background,customs,language and other factors,which make them have different degrees of interpersonal adaptation problems.In order to better achieve the goals of the multi-national communion,contact and blending,and develop socialist ethnic relations based on equality,solidarity,mutual assistance and harmony.On the basis of the continuous development and improvement of the model of merging system,the teaching form with the combination of multi-national students as the carrier has gradually become a new trend.With the change of the class arrangement mode in colleges and universities,the communication between students of different nationalities is closer,the interpersonal environment has become more complex,and the problem of interpersonal adaptation of minority student should be paid more attention to by scholars.In addition,ethnic minority college students are an important group of society.Studying the interpersonal adaptation of ethnic minority college students can help them better adapt to college life and promote the process of communication and blending to a certain extent.Comprehensive consideration of various factors,this paper selects 40 minority students of different grades and ordinary classes in X university as the research object.In this study,cultural cognition,cultural attitude,interpersonal cognition,interpersonal trust,interpersonal interaction and interpersonal communication are taken as the analysis dimensions to study the interpersonal adaptation of ethnic minority students in ordinary classes.This paper is based on case study,using the interviews,literature and other research method.Through the analysis of the relevant data,it is found that most of the minority students in the ordinary class have different degree of interpersonal adaptation problems.Moreover,interpersonal adaptation is influenced by many factors,including student cadre status,language ability,student achievement,class atmosphere,social support,cultural attitude,and interpersonal skills.Promoting the interpersonal adaptation of minority students in ordinary classes,support and help from school and teachers are essential.By analyzing the interpersonal adaptation and influencing factors of minority students in ordinary classes,this study puts forward the following education strategies.The selection of class cadres shall adopt the rotation system,help minority students to expand the scope of communication,improve the ability to deal with interpersonal problems.Strengthen students' learning of Mandarin Chinese and improve the ability of language expression.Strengthen the assistance to students and improve their academic level.Create a harmonious class atmosphere and help minority students to integrate into the class culture.Reduce prejudice,enhance communication and create jointly build and shared campus culture.Set up the concept of multicultural education and promote the cultural understanding among different ethnic groups.Pay attention to interpersonal education and improve students' interpersonal skills.
