The learning adaptation of minority students is not only related to the improvement of their academic performance and the development of their physical and mental health,but also to the improvement of the quality of education of ethnic minorities in our country,and also to their better integrate into schools and society.Because ethnic minority students live in the environment dominated by national culture for a long time,they encounter many learning difficulties in schools with Han culture as the main body,and the problem of learning adaptation is more prominent.Thus,paying attention to the learning adaptation of ethnic minority junior high school students is not only the need for student to integrate into the school and society,but also the requirement of the development of ethnic education.This study goes deep into L middle school,select four learning maladjustment minority junior middle school students from Min-Han united class as the research objects,do a thorough analysis of the performance of minority junior middle school students learning adjustment from learning attitude adjustment,learning habits,learning methods to learning environment adaptation.The survey found,learning maladjustment specific performance in the following points: in the aspect of learning attitude adaptation,students' interest in learning is not strong,students' attention to curriculum and teachers is not enough,and students' awareness of learning environment adaptation is not strong;in the aspect of learning habit adaptation,students' good reading habits have not been formed and their homework quality needs to be improved;in terms of learning methods adaptation,students lack plans for learning,students do not master effective learning methods,and students lack skills in answering questions;In terms of learning environment adaptation,parents' supervision is not in place,and students' interpersonal relationship on campus is not good.According to the modern social ecological theory,the problem of learning maladjustment of minority junior high school students is the result of the joint action of many factors.On the micro level,students' learning foundation is weak,students' learning initiative is not enough,students' national common language level is not high,students' self-binding ability is poor;on the middle level,school teaching neglects the particularity of minority students,teachers' educational view is solidified,school mentalhealth education is lacking,family structure is alienated,parents' ideological consciousness is low,parents' education level is limited,the concept of parental education utilitarian;on the macro level,the influence of traditional ideas,network media bad influence.In view of the performance and influencing factors of the above mentioned minority junior high school students' poor learning adaptation,the following improvement countermeasures are put forward: on the micro level,students correct learning attitude,clear learning purpose;students improve self-control,master the correct learning methods.on the middle level,the school establish the concept of multiculturalism and education,strengthen the national common language education;the school improve the communication and cooperation between home and school,do a good job of students' psychological care and guidance;the school improve management and carry out twinning activities;parents create a good family learning environment,improve their own cultural literacy;parents strengthen communication with students and teachers,and correctly guide students to study.on the macro level,the government strengthen education importance publicity,strengthen construction of teachers in minority areas;the academic circle should enrich the study of minority junior high school student's learning adaptation.All in all,the problem of learning maladjustment of minority junior high school students must be effectively improved through the comprehensive management of students at the micro-level,middle-level schools and families,and macro-level society.In order to promote students to improve their learning efficiency and achieve good academic performance,they can provide ideas for schools to improve their learning maladjustment,help minority students better adapt to learning,integrate into schools and society,and form a harmonious situation of "living together,learning together,working together and enjoying together ".
