With the introduction of core literacy,geography teaching is also actively practicing curriculum reform.Cultivating students' core accomplishment of geography subject is the fundamental task of carrying out basic education,and geography teachers need to properly develop local geography education resources.Through the local geographical resources,it can cultivate students' geographical core literacy,constantly update teachers' concept of geography education,and promote students' all-round development.Students understand their living geographical environment,and teachers use local geography resources to cultivate students' geography literacy in geography teaching classroom.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the teaching of local geography has been highly valued.I read it carefully.The new curriculum standard of geography,combined with the background of Chinese curriculum reform,analyzes the application of local geography curriculum resources in geography curriculum standards,and further analyzes the feasibility and significance of local geography resources in junior high school geography teaching.According to the characteristics of the new geography curriculum standard and geography curriculum in junior high school,this paper finds out the general situation of local geography resources in Dalian through field investigation,and finds out the present application of local geography in junior high school geography teaching by questionnaire,and puts forward the existing problems.Finally,in order to improve the quality of geography teaching,the designed teaching cases and practical activities are carried out,and the actual implementation situation is reflected and summarized.Hopefully this research will be The first line geography teacher carries on the local teaching to provide some reference,at the same time enhances the student's geography practice ability.Through the research,it is found that the use of local geography resources for teaching through geography classroom can stimulate students' interest in learning geography,help to improve students' geographical achievements,and at the same time cultivate students' feelings of patriotism and love for their hometown.The rational use of local geography resources in junior high school geography teaching can enable students to better understand the abstract geography concepts involved in geographycurriculum,draw closer the distance between junior high school geography and real life,and better improve students' geography core literacy.
