Research On Cultivation Of The Rule Of Law Consciousness Of Senior High School Political Class Students

The rule of law is an advanced mode of national governance gradually formed in the evolution of human civilization.With the continuous progress of China's socialist rule of law construction,how to guide citizens to establish and enhance the concept of the rule of law has increasingly become the focus of common attention of the state and society.High school students are the future and hope of the country,and improving students' awareness of the rule of law is the soul of the construction of a country ruled by law.As the main channel of cultivating students' awareness of the rule of law,political courses in senior high schools shoulder the responsibility of cultivating high school students' awareness of the rule of law and achieving the goal of ideological and political discipline core literacy education.This paper insists on the fundamental methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,and makes a comprehensive and systematic research on the cultivation of the consciousness of the rule of law among senior political course students by means of literature research,questionnaire survey and observation.This paper consists of the following four parts.The first part is the introduction.First of all,the introduction introduces the background of the topic and research significance;Secondly,the research status,ideas and methods are expounded.Finally,it points out the innovation and deficiency.The second part expounds the connotation and significance of the cultivation of law consciousness of high school political class students.First of all,this paper analyzes the connotation of the cultivation of the consciousness of the rule of law among high school politics students from the perspective of the elements of the consciousness of the rule of law: the consciousness of legal authority,the consciousness of procedures and rules,the consciousness of rights and obligations,and the consciousness of equality and justice.Secondly,this paper analyzes the significance of cultivating the consciousness of the rule of law among senior high school political class students from the perspective of discipline core accomplishment,socialist qualified citizens and building a country ruled by law.The third part,on the basis of the questionnaire survey,discusses the high school political class students legal consciousness cultivation existing problems and the reasons for the problems.Through analysis,it is concluded that there are still some problems in the cultivation of high school politics students' legal consciousness,suchas teachers' insufficient attention to the cultivation of students' legal consciousness,teachers' less expansion of the content of the rule of law,teachers' single cultivation method of students' legal consciousness,and teachers' incomplete evaluation of the cultivation of students' legal consciousness.The fourth part,aiming at the problems and causes of the cultivation of the rule of law consciousness of senior high school political class students,puts forward solutions from the aspects of changing the cultivation concept of the rule of law consciousness,digging out the teaching resources of the cultivation of the rule of law consciousness,improving the cultivation methods and methods of the rule of law consciousness,and making good use of the teaching evaluation of the cultivation of the rule of law consciousness.
