Learning Chinese intonation has always been difficult for foreign students.Based on the theory of intonation pattern,this paper takes Italian high school students as the research object and compares them with Chinese students,this paper investigates the acquisition of the intonation of Chinese selective interrogative sentences by Italian high school students from three aspects: Pitch,duration and intensity.This article is divided into seven parts.The introduction part includes the research background,research significance and purpose,research methods,writing ideas and framework.The first chapter is literature review.This paper reviews the traditional and experimental research on Chinese intonation,and introduces the characteristics of intonation acquisition of people with different mother tongue backgrounds.The second chapter is the contrast experiment analysis of the Chinese intonation high of the middle school students.It includes the analysis of the span of pitch and the fluctuation of the interrogative sentence.The experimental results show that Italian high school students have a narrow tonal range,but the range of variation is similar to that of Chinese students.The third chapter is the contrastive experimental analysis of the Chinese intonation length of the middle school students.It includes the performance of pause rate of Chinese and Italian high school students,and the contrast of pause rate of Chinese and Italian students.The experiment shows that Italian high school students do not have the same position as Chinese students,but both are terminal words,so there is little difference in syllable extension,however,the first word of the sentence and the length of the word in the grasp is not in place.The Fourth Chapter is the contrast experiment analysis of the Chinese intonation intensity of the middle school students.It includes the comparison of the volume of Chinese and Italian high school students and the comparison of the volume of Chinese and Italian high school students.The experiment shows that the maximum and minimum of Italian high school students are fixed,the first word of a sentence is not well mastered,the first word and the middle word of prosodic words are the same as Chinese students,but the last word is not well mastered.In Chapter 5,through the conclusion of the experiment,the author systematically summarizes the errors in the acquisition of the intonation of Chinese selective interrogative sentences by Italian high school students and the causes of the errors,it includes the overall suggestion and the targeted suggestion concerning the three important quantitative indicators of intonation.The epilogue summarizes the characteristics of Chinese selective interrogative intonation acquired by Italian high school students,and points out the innovation and deficiency of the article.
