With the promotion and development of quality-oriented education,reading has been paid more and more attention.With the change of educational role,students occupy the dominant position in education and teaching.The new curriculum standards emphasize to guide students to have a unique understanding of the text,so that students have a feeling in reading,show their own personality,can read independently.Reading should be the spontaneous behavior of students,teachers can not replace the individual students,but let students to think about the text and get the corresponding reading comprehension and experience.It can be said that independent reading is an extension of reading teaching and an important part of primary school Chinese teaching.According to the Chinese course standard put forward by the core accomplishment and demands of curriculum reform,the selected reading as the research direction,after the primary school students during the course of the study of investigation,to determine the research content for primary school students independent reading,reference issued by the ministry of national "Chinese curriculum standards(2011 edition)" and combined with relevant scholars in the field of study to determine independent reading concept and connotation,could be divided into independent reading readiness,independent reading dimension independent reading activities,reading habits,as the main line.According to these three dimensions,a questionnaire on the current situation of primary school students' independent reading was compiled.In order to ensure the scientific nature of the data,the third and fourth grade students from three schools were selected as the research objects.Through the data analysis of the survey results,combined with the interview materials and observation results,this paper summarizes the current situation and problems of students' independent reading of students are understood by combining the interview method and the observation method.Secondly,in the process of reading,students lack of effective guidance,unable to solve problems independently,do not pay attention to the accumulation of reading;Students lack of reading thinking,no timely reflection,no plan,so that it is difficult to develop a reading habit.This study aims at the problems existing in primary school students' independent reading,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures: first,make good preparation for reading,create independent space: create a democratic and equal reading atmosphere,and standardize independent reading with scientific bibliographic selection;Second,to strengthen effective guidance and form a scientific method of independent reading: to help students establish positive interest,guide students to independent reading,guide students to form problem awareness,internalize the value of reading,various reading activities to encourage reading,enhance students' initiative to independent reading,effective reading method guidance;Third,cultivate good reading habits and improve Chinese literacy: encourage students to think independently,form reading thinking,internal evaluation,self-reflection should be timely,reading accumulation,improve Chinese literacy.
