In recent years,the topic of kindergarten teachers’ teaching style has attracted a lot of researchers’ attention,and gradually become a hot topic in the field of preschool education.However,in recent years,the teaching style of kindergarten teachers has been paid more and more attention,curriculum reform is in full swing,many kindergarten teachers are lost in their professional growth,What they face is not only the difficulties of practical work,There is also confusion in professional growth.At the same time,kindergarten teachers’ teaching style will affect their teaching efficacy,Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence of kindergarten teachers’ teaching style on teaching efficacy for improving the quality of interaction between teachers and children and cultivating children’s fine personality.In this study,500 kindergarten teachers were investigated about the current situation and relationship of teaching style and teaching efficacy.The questionnaire includes three parts: basic demographic variables,teaching style and teaching efficacy.1.The teaching style and teaching efficacy of kindergarten teachers are in the upper middle level.2.Kindergarten teachers are mainly judicial,legislative and radical teaching styles,while local,conservative and executive teaching styles are not dominant.3.Kindergarten teachers are mainly based on personal teaching efficacy,and the scores of 31-40-year-old kindergarten teachers’ personal teaching efficacy reach the peak;education has a very significant impact on teaching efficacy;the kindergarten teachers with a monthly salary of 1001-3000 yuan have the strongest teaching efficacy;the kindergarten teachers with a teaching age of less than 5 years have the lowest personal teaching efficacy.4.From the analysis of kindergarten teachers’ teaching style and demographic variables,we can see that age,gender,education background,professional title,marital status,salary level,teaching age,excellent title,nature of kindergarten,region,scale,grade and class of kindergarten teachers have different degrees of influence onKindergarten Teachers’ teaching style.5.From the analysis of kindergarten teachers’ teaching efficacy and demographic variables,we can see that age,education background,salary level,teaching age,nature of kindergarten and scale of kindergarten have significant differences in each dimension of kindergarten teachers’ teaching efficacy;gender,title,grade of kindergarten and class have different degrees of influence on the single dimension of kindergarten teachers’ teaching efficacy;marriage Marriage status,excellent title and working area have no effect on Kindergarten Teachers’ teaching efficacy6.There is a significant positive correlation between kindergarten teachers’ teaching style and teaching efficacy.The radical,executive,partial and judicial teaching styles can significantly predict teaching efficacy.All levels of kindergarten teachers’ teaching style can explain 31.6% of the reasons for the change of kindergarten teachers’ teaching efficacy.
