The purposes of this paper discusses two problems as follows : to analyze the difference of the teaching-efficacy between the different background of the physical education teachers; to analyze the relationship between teaching-efficacy, self- esteem, coping style, school environment, and the ways of the influence between these factors by path-diagram analyze.The results of this study can enrich physical education teachers'psychology and teachinig berhavior theories, inorder to provide some suggestions for cultivate and management of physical education teachers and improve the teching quality , and provide some references to the reform and development of School physical education.The sample of the Senior high school P. E teachers were selected from various areas, that they had new curriculum lesson together. It got 465 useful papers, then use SPSS 10.0 for windows to analyze data, the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Independent sample T-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and Multiple regresstion to prove the hypothesies, on the basis of the above researchers, this paper makes the following suggestions:First, the level of teaching-efficacy of Senior High school P.E...
