| The new curriculum reform emphasizes exerting students’ subjective initiative,and students are no longer passive recipients.Students are more proactive in acquiring knowledge,but also increase the difficult y of classroom management,students’ classroom problem behavior is a challenge in classroom management.This study takes "classroom proble m behavior" as the core,based on the perspective of educational ecology to examine students’ classroom problem behavior,analyzes the causes of students’ classroom problem behavior from the aspects of ed ucational ecological subject and educational ecological environment,and puts forward the path to promote the improvement of primary sc hool students’ classroom problem behavior according to the basic princ iples of educational ecology.The research reflects the behavior of classroom problems in prim ary school students through questionnaire survey,and analyzes the r easons of students’ behavior of classroom problems combined with the interview of teachers and the observation of classroom in educationa l practice.The results of the survey showed that there are many kinds and frequency of classroom problem behavior,and students’ classroom prob lem behavior is related to region and academic achievement.In addi tion,most classroom problem behaviors are gender independent.From the perspective of classroom ecology,the imbalance of classroom eco logy caused by classroom problem behavior mainly comes from two rea sons: classroom subject and classroom environment.The classroom subj ect aspect includes students’ cognitive level,learning attitude andt eachers’ personality characteristics,teaching methods and management ability.The classroom environment aspect includes the classroom phys ical environment and the humanities environment.Based on the behavior and causes of students’ classroom problems reflected in the survey results,the following strategies are propos ed in combination with the basic principles of educational ecology:1.exclude the limiting effect to optimize the environment.2.Follow thelaw of tolerance and the principle of moderation for easy managemen t.3.To establish the status of teachers and students according to the principle of niche.4.Use group motivation to regulate order. |
