Nowadays,with the rapid development of economy,science and technology,and knowledge,the ability of self-study has become one of the important criteria to measure the talents in the new century.According to the new curriculum reform and the biology curriculum standard(2017 edition)of Senior High School,the focus should be on the student's main position,and the teacher's task should be changed into the guide.Under this background,the teaching method of constructing biological knowledge system emerges as the Times require.This topic advocates that students should construct biological knowledge system,guide students to study actively,give full play to students' subjective status,let students form the habit of scientific thinking,and solve problems by using the knowledge they have learned,which provides the possibility for the development of efficient classroom,the relationship between teaching and learning under the new curriculum standard and the new form of college entrance examination.This topic uses the literature analysis method,the action research method,the interview method and so on research method,carries on the elaboration from the following five aspects: First,this paper summarizes the research background of NUCLEIC ACID knowledge system in senior high school biology teaching,the current research situation at home and abroad,and the theoretical exposition related to biological knowledge system.Secondly,the senior high school biology teaching materials related to the "nucleic acid" section of the curriculum analysis,comb out the "nucleic acid" related knowledge of the teaching content,at the same time,the college entrance examination questions of Tianjin in the last five years were analyzed,combined with the above content to make a study of analysis and summary.Furthermore,based on the above analysis,the author uses computer software to construct the knowledge system of "NUCLEIC ACID" and divides it into two parts: one is structure and property,the other is function and application.The first part covers the element composition,basic unit,spatial structure,distribution,species,properties of DNA and RNA,and the relationship between DNA,gene and chromosome.The second part is rich in content,which is the core of "nucleic acid".The content system is divided into four aspects: the flow of genetic information(four classical experiments,central principle,replication,transcription,translation);Heredity(Mendelian inheritance,sex-linked inheritance,meiosis,fertilization and Embryo Engineering);variation(the three main types of heritable variation and their applications,including genetic engineering);Evolution(main content of modern biological evolution theory).Then,in view of this knowledge system,the author puts forward the teaching implementation plan,divides into 12 class hours to carry on the teaching design and carries on the small-scale preliminary test,after the practice completes carries on the interview to the students,thus carries on the analysis and the consummation.Finally,the paper summarizes the results of this topic,and carries on the introspection and the forecast.This topic takes the construction of "nucleic acid" knowledge system as an example,and applies it to classroom teaching,allowing students to construct knowledge system independently,through qualitative analysis,the conclusion of the subject is: the construction of knowledge system can improve review efficiency,improve thinking ability,develop the habit of self-study,etc.
