The cultivation of students' discipline core literacy is included into the requirements of academic quality standards by the new biology curriculum standards for high schools,and students' discipline core literacy is also included into the scope of evaluation in the college entrance examination.Therefore,the implementation of core literacy training in high school biology curriculum has become a hot spot in biology teaching research.However,few studies on the implementation of cultivating core literacy in biology experiment examination preparation for senior high school students.Knowledge point memory and question exercise are still the main methods of biology examination preparation for senior high school students.Using high school biology laboratory review as an entry point,we explore teaching strategies and ways to effectively improve students' scientific thinking and scientific inquiry skills in laboratory review.While improving students' discipline core literacy,it tries to improve students' problem-solving ability in new situational experiment,which also provides teaching cases that can be referred to by the teaching of review course of high school biology experiment.The subject of this paper is the review of high school biology experiments,and the research objects are high school students from W middle school in Urumqi.The methods such as literature research,questionnaire and interview,classroom practice and test analysis are adopted to carry out the research.According to the investigation of senior high school students at this stage,it is found that students' life concept and social responsibility level are high,however,their scientific thinking and scientific inquiry skills are weak.From the review results of teachers,it indicates that teachers have a certain understanding of the significance of the core literacy of biology.While under the limitation of many factors,most biology classes,especially the class of senior high school students,still attach importance to the teaching of knowledge points,which rarely carries out heuristic teaching,inquiry teaching and so on to cultivate and improve students' scientific thinking and scientific inquiry ability.By interpreting the cultivation of students' core literacy in the new curriculum standard,making combination of the actual situation of students and teaching,the teaching strategy based on improving students' discipline core literacy in the review of biology experiment for senior high school students are proposed,(1)The basic experiment of teaching materials should be deeply developed,the sorting and summary of basic experiment of teaching materials should be strengthened,the adaptation and innovation should be made,the relevant situations should be created,the known experiment of teaching materials should be changed into inquiry experiment,the basic framework of experimental analysis should be constructed in the process of exploration;(2)Analyze the real exam questions of the college entrance examination and review the test content of the college entrance examination laboratory questions by splitting and classifying them,the dominant position of students should be highlighted,and students' ability to solve problems independently in complex situations should be further improved.Through teaching practice and analyzing the test results before and after the experimental class and the control class,it indicates that the average score of the class based on the use of the experimental review strategy to improve the core literacy of biology is improved more,its excellent rate is higher,and its score rate of the short experiment question is higher.Meanwhile,teachers and students generally think that this strategy can effectively improve the efficiency of experiment review,which can make students actively think,explore and communicate,and cultivate students' ability to solve problems independently.Therefore,a positive teaching significance is embodied by the experiment review strategy based on the improvement of the core literacy of biology discipline.
