Concept map(conceptmap) a nodes represent concepts and connections that graphic representation of the relationship between the concepts is used to organize and express the image of the scientific knowledge of the tools. Concept graph system said the deep relation between the concept, form a knowledge system, biological review class in use is of great significance. In order to strengthen the understanding of concept maps are used in biological review class, this paper of concept map and the construction of knowledge were summarized in this paper. And further students’ construction of the application of concept map in high school biology reviewing teaching practice. The results obtained are discussed and analyzed. The author in order to clear the concept mapping strategy of high school students biological independent review and the learning interest and biology learning achievement effect, select, Shangqiu City, Henan Province Sui County high school class of 2014 grade 10 class and grade 11 class two completely parallel classes, and the 10 senior high school class as the experimental class, second class 11 as the control class, in the first semester of the sophomore required three "homeostasis and environment" a book review teaching, experimental class a six-month construction of biological concept mapping for the final review of the strategy and control class to implement a common teaching strategy. On before and after the experiment, two classes of students autonomous learning attitude, interest in learning, and the biological concept map use were investigated and analyzed by using the methods of questionnaire and interview method and mathematical statistics, especially before the experiment and after the experiment were tested two classes of biological academic achievement, and to the students in the two classes before and after test results and the experimental class men and women during his lifetime, posttest scores statistics and effective inspection. Research findings:(1) Implementing Students’ independent construction of biological required three concept map revision strategies for students in the experimental class learning was significantly higher than control class, the implementation of, especially in the memory level and knowledge level of understanding, students in the experimental class biological performance was significantly higher than that of the control class.(2) students’ construction of concept map strategies on improving learning achievement students of different gender of biological differences. That is to say, the biological concept mapping strategy review of boys and girls biological results provided Bureau effect differences: boys the biology achievements effect was more significant.(3) the students in the experimental class of biological autonomous learning attitude and interest in learning has significant difference before and after the experiment.This study showed that the biological concept mapping strategy in a relatively short period of time can significantly improve the academic performance of students, especially at the level of memorization of knowledge and knowledge understanding and application level, the effect is more distinct, and can significantly improve the boys of the biology achievements, for biology students autonomous learning attitude and interest in learning has an obvious effect. Through the study found that students through biological review class independent construction of the concept map, to learn the concept of comparison, classification, generalization and the extension and intension of concept understanding, and by determining the logical relations between concepts to establish their own biological knowledge network, so as to improve the students’ ability and logical reasoning ability. Biological concept maps strategy to improve the biological performance of different gender students exist differences and learning to the student response to waste time and after teaching application still need further study.
