In the high school biology teaching, classroom teaching is the basic way of curriculum implementation, effective teaching design is the precondition for the success of classroom teaching, so the implementation of the high school biology curriculum need excellent teaching design to complete. In recent years, more and more scholars have study teaching design, and the high school biology teaching in a module or a certain content of related courses teaching design get more and more attention. Instructional design as a teacher in front of the teaching practice of systematic planning process, there is no doubt that a certain content of related courses in high school biology teachers teaching practice plays an important role.Theory of teaching design and teaching design research status at home and abroad research is quite abundant, provides the theoretical basis and background for this research. Through consulting and analyzing literature and found that for a single chapter a lot of research on curriculum design, and the study of a certain content of related courses teaching design is relatively small. "Genetics and evolution" is an important module of high school biology teaching, and nucleic acids is genetic molecular basis, therefore, this article selects the nucleic acid related courses for teaching design research. Study analysis of nucleic acid related courses teaching contents and teaching target, found that the correlation of nucleic acid related courses, selected representative three courses in related courses for specific teaching design research. Questionnaire survey of teachers, sorting data and analysis, found the nucleic acid related courses teaching problems and three quarters of the practical teaching of course.Finally, according to the teaching problem, this study on the teaching content, curriculum, learning and research analysis, put forward three specific teaching design, and the highlight of each instructional design were analyzed and summarized in this paper. Hope that the nucleic acid related courses for high school biology teachers teaching design for reference.
