In the era of Internet and new media, workers have left offline factories and mastered some autonomy in their work.No matter from the time and space limitation of labor,or from the evaluation standard of labor and labor basis, labor mode has already surpassed the research field of the era of mass production of machine.Nevertheless, the dominance of capital over workers still exists. This paper focuses on the status of the laborers(Web Celebrity/Anchors/Male Beauty Bloggers)in the content production in MCN organizations, analyzes their characteristics in the non-material labor, and studies the impact of technological progress on the gender division of labor. The conclusion of this paper is that the appearance of the body by the workers always follows the pressure of capital. The emotional labor of laborers produces emotional commodities, such as emojis, short videos, live broadcasts and fan communities. The labor process shows a tendency of emotional repetition and emotional alienation. In the context of contemporary social production, language potential and language performance dissolve the boundary between work and rest, and labor becomes omnipresent.Women,on the other hand, are silent and give in to the male occupation of their labor field. This is closely related to the inherent culture of "misogyny" in the society. The media's stereotyped impression on the news reports of "female anchors" on the Internet further intensifies the "misogyny" in the society.
