As a way of thinking in the reform of mathematics teaching methods in basic education,unit teaching aims to develop and improve students' mathematics "core literacy",deepen teaching practice and enrich students' learning experience.The ability of intuitive imagination is one of the six "core literacy" of mathematics.The“Graphic Movement” in junior high school is an important teaching content to improve the ability of intuitive imagination of students.Therefore,it is a meaningful attempt to carry out the teaching design of graphic movement with the unit teaching design.This paper focuses on how to set up an effective "knowledge element" based on the students as the center in the unit teaching design of "the movement of graphics".Meanwhile,in the part of learning activity design,it focuses on how to guide students to construct their own sense of geometric space according to their existing mathematical experience,so as to improve their intuitive imagination.Based on the study of Shanghai primary and secondary school mathematics curriculum standard(Trial draft)and basic requirements of mathematics subject,we have established the unit teaching goal of "the movement of figures".Meanwhile,we have analyzed the content and teaching method of the corresponding textbook,and determined to divide the unit of "the movement of figures" into figure translation,fold and axisymmetric,axisymmetric and graphic Six "knowledge elements" are rotation,rotation symmetry,central symmetry and central symmetry.Based on the construction learning theory,a set of learning activities with students as the main body and teachers as the leading role is designed for the six "knowledge elements" combined with the actual life situation.In the design of the unit learning activity of "the movement of graphics",we mainly use the form of question string to guide students to think,at the same time,we add more pattern design to promote students' hands-on practice and improve students' intuitive space imagination ability.Around the "student-centered" teaching concept,the students of different grades are provided with unit learning activities related to translation,folding and rotation of graphics,which guide students to pay attention to the acquisition of practical wisdom while accepting factual knowledge or conceptual knowledge,while practical wisdomfocuses on the connection between "change" and "invariability".In the end,a complete teaching plan is constructed from seven aspects: the content planning of the unit,the analysis of teaching materials and methods,the design of teaching objectives,the design of learning activities,the design of homework after class,the design of learning evaluation and the design of learning resources.
