| This study starts from the characteristics of college students’ screen time, physical activity and non-specific pain, and deeply analyzes the characteristics and interrelationship among the three,so as to provide college students with self-management of screen time, participation in physical activity, and thus reduce non-specific pain and promote physical health.Reference.In this study, the characteristics and correlations of screen time, physical activity, and nonspecific pain among undergraduates from Sichuan Normal University,Sichuan Normal University were used as research objects.Literature data, questionnaire surveys, and mathematical statistics were adopted.536 undergraduate students from the School of Psychology, the School of Physics and Electronic Engineering, the School of Engineering, the School of Music, and the School of Physical Education conducted research using the Screen Time Scale, the International Physical Activity Scale(Short Volume),and the Concise Pain Assessment Table "investigates screen time, physical activity, and nonspecific pain characteristics of college students, and uses SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis. The results show that: 1.The average screen time of college students is 7.74 ± 1.46 hours / day,of which 7.87 ± 1.35 hours / day for boys and 7.63 ± 1.55 hours / day for girls.2.The average level of physical activity of college students is 2936.56 ± 2791.00 MET-min / week, the overall level of physical activity of male students is 3646.62 ± 3148.57 MET-min / week, and the overall level of physical activity of female students is 2268.87 ± 2212.56 MET-min / week; The meditation time for college students is 5.36 ± 1.85 hours / day.3.The incidence of non-specific pain in college students reached 75.8%,and 403 of 536 people had non-specific pain;the average total pain score was 9.23 ± 4.04,and the average total pain impact score was 14.04 ± 9.27.4.Screen time is negatively correlated with physical activity(P <0.05);screen time is positively correlated with nonspecific pain(P <0.01);physical activity is negatively correlated with non-specific pain(P <0.01).The main conclusions of this study:(1)The screen time of college students in this study is high and the failure rate reaches 100%,and the screen time of boys is higher than that of girls.(2)College students’ physical activity is mainly of medium level.College students have a longer period of meditation and have less participation frequency and time.Among them, the level of physical activity and participation time of boys are higher than that of girls;the level of physical activity of boys is mainly middle and high, and girls are mainly middle. There was no significant difference in physical activity levels between grades. The level of physical activity and participation time in arts and sports majors were significantly higher than those in sciences and arts.(3)The occurrence of non-specific pain in college students does not differ due to gender, grade, and major type, and non-specific pain is more common in this survey, and the overall degree of pain and the overall degree of pain impact are slight.(4)Relevance: As the screen time of college students increases, the level of physical activity decreases while the sitting time increases. The higher the screen time, the more likely it is that nonspecific pain will occur. The higher the level of physical activity and non-specific pain, the less likely it is that non-specific pain will occur. |
