| Learning community is a learning group formed among learners for the purpose of common development through cooperation and communication,mutual listening and understanding.It is an important form of learning organization.The teaching of morality and rule of law has its particularity,which requires the classroom teaching to be carried out in the form of activity,cooperation and reflection.Therefore,it is particularly important to build a learning community in the middle school moral and rule of law classroom teaching,and it is very necessary to make a comprehensive and systematic exploration and research on it.In this study,the research status of classroom learning community at home and abroad is sorted out and analyzed by literature method.On this basis,the concept and connotation,construction principles and components of classroom learning community are discussed,and relevant concepts such as "learning organization" and "cooperative learning group" are distinguished and analyzed.Through interview investigation and case study,this paper discusses the basic situation of the construction of learning community in moral and rule of law classroom teaching in China.Finally,on the basis of this research,the author makes a theoretical discussion on the cultivation and construction of the learning community in the middle school moral and rule of law classroom teaching.This research is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which contains five parts: the reason of the topic,the definition of the concept,the research ideas and routes,the research methods,and the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter is the essence of learning community and its basic theoretical basis,including three parts.The first part is the basic connotation of learning community,and analyzes the generation and development of learning community and the basic theory.The second part mainly analyzes the historical development of intersubjectivity theory,constructivist learning theory,embodied cognition theory,different schools,main viewpoints and their relationship with the learning community.The third part is to analyze the role of learning community in teaching,which is reflected in the fact that learning community promotes the diversification of teachers’ teaching ideas,the scientific teaching forms and the comprehensive development of students.The third chapter is community of learning and its meaning of the middle school moral and rule of law classroom teaching,which contains four parts.The first part is to learn the components of the community,including the main body,the maintenance and operation mechanism and the environment design.The second part is the essential characteristics of the learning community.On the basis of the research and analysis of the basic theories and components of the learning community,the essential characteristics of the learning community are summarized as publicity,commonality and individuality.The third part is the particularity of moral and rule of law classroom teaching,moral and rule of law classroom teaching is the space field of the establishment of learning community,its particularity is the key factor of the establishment of learning community.The fourth part is the significance of the learning community in the classroom teaching of morality and rule of law.The fourth chapter is the investigation of the construction of the learning community in the middle school moral and rule of law classroom teaching.The first part is the interview survey of four teachers and the analysis of the interview results to get the basic status of the construction of learning community.The second part is the study of two teaching cases,based on which the beneficial experience and relative shortage of the construction of learning community are analyzed to provide guidance for this study.The fifth chapter is the basic idea of the construction of learning community in the classroom teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school.The main content of this chapter is the guiding ideology,basic principles,basic contents and basic strategies of the construction of learning community in the classroom teaching of morality and rule of law in middle school based on the previous research work.The study reveals that although the construction of learning community in the morality and the rule of law of classroom teaching has obtained the certain theoretical research achievements,but in the basic concept,the construction process,construction results,and construction reflection level still exists a lot of practical problems need to solve,so theoretical research must fully take care of the classroom teaching practice,and perfect the construction of a learning community framework in solving practical problems in classroom teaching on the basis of developing;Classroom teaching practice must base on the basic theory of the community,carry out action research,and make theory and practice closely combined. |
