Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Rural Sports Development In Fengxian District, Shanghai

In the process of developing national fitness,the development of rural sports has gradually become an important link of national fitness.In order to make the mass sports in our country develop in a healthy and orderly direction,we can't ignore the development of rural sports in our country.Rural sports is an important shortcoming in the development of mass sports in China,and it is also the key to the smooth implementation of the national fitness plan and the realization of the goal.Shanghai,as a modern city and the bridgehead of China's reform and opening up,has played an experimental role in promoting the implementation of government policies.In the field of rural sports development,Shanghai has also made active explorations.Taking the development of rural sports in fengxian district of Shanghai as an example,this paper investigates and innovates the development of rural sports in fengxian district,and discusses the long-term mechanism that is beneficial to the development of rural sports in fengxian district.In this paper,using the method of literature review,questionnaire investigation,expert interview and on-the-spot investigation method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis of Shanghai fengxian rural residents sports situation investigation and study,collecting relevant data,the current Shanghai fengxian rural residents to study the situation of the sports,the sports functional departments work in fengxian,sports enterprise management present situation and the habit of residents' sports,sports policy that is,to investigate the satisfaction of the sports facilities.By collating and summarizing the collected data and materials,the existing problems are found,and the present situation of sports for rural residents in fengxian district is analyzed so as to put forward corresponding countermeasures.It tries its best to reflect the basic situation of rural sports in fengxian district of Shanghai,to objectively reveal the problems in the development of rural sports in fengxian district,and to put forward specific measures to solve the problems,so as to provide theoretical reference for the revitalization of rural sports in fengxian district.Investigation results of rural sports in fengxian district of Shanghai:1.The rural sports development in fengxian district is relatively complete in the areas close to the urban area,while the rural areas and towns far away are relatively weak.2.Rural sports in fengxian district has formed a relatively complete operation system.Under the unified leadership of relevant sports departments,rural sports undertakings have been further developed.3.The sports administrative department of fengxian district has not made enough efforts to publicize the sports policies,and the sports venues and facilities are set up reasonably.The number of sports and fitness facilities related to residents can only basically meet the exercise requirements of residents.4.Rural residents' awareness of physical fitness has been constantly improved,and their requirements for physical fitness facilities and the quality and content of sports events have been gradually improved.5.At the present stage,the investment of sports budget in fengxian district focuses on sports media,sports culture tourism,sports training and other categories,while the investment in mass sports is relatively small.The funds for the construction of sports and fitness facilities and the operation and maintenance of sports events in rural areas of fengxian district are mainly from the government financial appropriation,supplemented by private capital.The structure of sports funds is not optimized enough.6.The number of professional social sports instructors in fengxian district has a considerable number of personnel reserves,but still cannot meet the needs of the rural sports market.Most social sports instructors are part-time employees who serve sports activities.In view of the investigation results of rural sports in fengxian district,Shanghai,the countermeasures are as follows:1.Increase government financial investment in mass sports.2.Build small and simple stadiums and conduct market-oriented operation.3.Establish a linkage mechanism with government sports departments and schools to improve the utilization rate of sports facilities.4.Increase the number of sports facilities management and maintenance personnel and establish effective supervision mechanism.5.Further increase the number of social sports instructors.6.Strengthen the publicity of rural sports policies among residents.7.Government departments shall increase support to private sports enterprises.8.Strengthening international sports exchanges to promote the development of rural sports.
